This hotel is at the top of my never stay here again list.

The location of the hotel was in the center of everything.

It was hard to get clean towels. The sheets were not changed. We found out on the last day that the mattress pad was souled. The room smelled of mildew. The tv did not work.

Perfect location, fine room

The location is amazing. Close to everything by walk and don’t hear noise at all. The pool is nice and the rooms are very big and comfortable.

The WiFi wasn’t good in our room - it was always disconnecting. They didn’t clean our room, and did it only after we asked - when it seems like they didn’t really clean it, just arrange bedding. The bath is a bit old fashioned

Move office to the right for view of ocean from pool. Pool was small. Heck in staff lady not the friendliest.

Great location. Very clean. Hard beds and somewhat friendly staff.

Convenient. Right in the middle of the island and 5 minute walk to anywhere.

Beds are very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Asked if we could borrow kayaks after checkout since our ferry was at 3 and was told NO… they are for guests only… agh!

Great location.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. The property was nice.

The first room was not so great, the view on the balcony was the neighbors and an alley full of trash. I requested another room, which was much better.

Great island experience in a good location

The pool and the bonfire was very cool! WiFi was good.

The rooftop was under renovation. The staff was not friendly and also lot helpful. They gave us separated beds as a couple.

La ubicación

La habitación tenía goteras, caían gotas encima de ma cama. El aire acondicionado no se podía ajustar y se tenia que dejar encendido para evitar más goteras. Puerta del baño inflada por la humedad, no cerraba y hacía mucho ruido por la noche. Una vez hecho el check out no nos dejaron usar ni el baño, ni la piscina, ni las instalaciones. Solo la playa delantera (mucho viento).

Een droomparadijsje, 2 nachten was te kort.

De ligging aan het strand, zeezicht. En de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionisten. En de gratis koffie en thee. De gratis sup en kano, die ze voor je naar het strand brengen en ophalen. Er was zelfs een haarfohn.Je kon zo een strand of zwembadhanddoek krijgen en omruilen voor een schone .Ze hielpen met koffers dragen naar de eerste verdieping. Een heerlijk zwembad en privé strand met pier en strandstoelen. Je kon bij de receptie kussens krijgen voor in de strandstoelen of voor de ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Soms een half uurtje geen of koud water, net toen ik mijn haren had ingeschuimd met champoo. Er is geen lift.

Excellent facilities - room was huge and pool area was wonderful. The beach was great (one of the only ones in Caye Caulker), and in a great location

Superb

I stayed in 5 hotels on my trip, and this was by far the best. Free use of kayaks and paddleboards, and a great location. Really friendly staff and just overall clean and tidy.

The tiles on the floor in my room, many of them were cracked and sharp, but other than that it was a pleasaont stay. Thank you!

Pretty good

Breakfast was advertised but not given. The kitchen was closed for renovations which should have been disclosed prior to booking. That’s 1 of the reasons I booked. The ceiling fan didn’t work but she did give a little discount for the inconvenience. Staff was nice free shuttle to ferry with all of our luggage. I would recommend & stay again .

Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel was excellent and in a very good location. I will definitely stay there again. I truly recommend this hotel.

Great location but abysmal room location without any view at all… sad!

No breakfast was provided. Building was lovely but my room was burrowed deep inside with no light or windows view-truly sad given the wonderful surroundings.

A view room would be tolerable given the many rooms there that had views, except our dungeon room!

Everybody is very accommodating and everything was clean and spacious.

Pool is great, room is clean and spacious though one has to make sure you have a suite. If you are in the old part of the resort, you basically have a hostel room with a bed.

Could have been more cutlery, plates in kitchen as well as a frying pan that actually had a steady handle. Kitchen is very undersupplied.

The location was tops. Beach across the street. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great restaurants nearby. It is a wonderful laid-back place.

Great location as it's close to all restaurants and the ferry dock. Located right across the beach.

Be aware when you book the "Sea View" unit as they advertise it being on a higher floor. We were given the ground floor unit and the noise from upstairs and pedestrians outside does get loud. Make sure to confirm availability of higher floor units in advance.

Best place to stay out of all accommodations on the island and cleanest and has a nice little fire for you at night time

not far from water taxi and directly in the center of town with access either way to everything by walking… plus staff was wonderful and very accommodating more than you would ever know!

No refrigerator this was advertised The desk person made me wait around so they can inspect the room before they cleared me for check out. However, being African I believe this to be an isolated situation base on race. Non blacks were allowed to leave without this extra process

Very good

Enjoyed the room size and location. Very friendly staff and clean room with a small fridge. Rooftop was closed but they had a cozy firepit out front at night and we were just steps off the beach.

Would've been nice to have coffee in the room rather than just in the front lobby.
