Delightful and luxurious property. So peaceful and serene. Good food and high quality facilities. People were all ver

World class place with excellent service.

There wasn’t anything to dislike, but our cabana did not have a mini fridge, which would have been useful for snacks etc.

The staff at the hotel were superb. They made every minute of our trip very special. Truly like new family for the week. Can not say enough about how professional kind and fun that they were. I will always return. By the way the food is also amazing.

The best stay ever!

Everything! It was nice quiet and the most accommodated I've ever felt. The staff goes above and beyond to remove any stressors you may have. It was a delight!

The food was over priced and cheaper(not as good) food could be found for like 1/3 of the price.

EVERYTHING. Immaculate. Romantic. Discrete. Sophisticated. Relaxing. Magical. Understated. Elegant.

The only thing I can think of is maybe VH could offer a courtesy water taxi service from their dock to the center of San Pedro but otherwise I have zero complaints.

Breakfast was wonderful! We had a continental included with our room and the banana bread was unreal! Staff were so friendly and really went out of the way to chat to you and get to know you. The pool was lovely and we also have a great couples massage! Location is great and the cost of taxis to and from the ferry are included in your stay which is a lovely touch!

Amazing quality for a Caribbean hotel!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, without being pushy. Our casita was cleaned multiple times a day. We haven’t tried the SPA services, but did get our diving certifications through their dive shop. Main highlight - dinners at Palmilla restaurant. Not cheap, but they really worth it!

Continental breakfasts were meh. We were expecting something buffet style and didn’t realize we had to order explicitly. There were lots of mosquitoes and nothing really helped - every night a few of them somehow got into the room and we had to fight them before going to sleep.

Beautiful resort

The people were very kind and nice. The resort was beautiful. Would love to stay there again.

The food at the hotel was okay. Some good things but some things that weren't the best. Would love to see them have specials to change up the menu daily. Also dor the price of the food expect the taste to be much better. Also our room was upgraded but the room was not well maintained. The sink was rusted and the showers needed updating.

We felt like royalty the entire time we were there!

We loved the property. The staff and atmosphere made us feel like a king and queen. It had classic travertine in the rooms with beautiful mahogany wood and light, clean accessories.

Very nice stay for our first time in Ambergris Caye.

Location seemed good, removed from the chaos but close enough to easily access what we needed. Loved the intimacy of the facility-not crowded and easy to find space. Staff very professional, courteous and helpful.

Coffee makers in the room. Disliked having to walk to the restaurant every morning to get a carafe of coffee to bring back to the room. Menu-food was very good, but very limited and didn’t seem to change.

Incredibly relaxing.

Hands down the most beautiful property in San Pedro. Everything is immaculately taken care of. The grounds, the rooms, and the food are incredible. Specially loved the turn down service every evening. Our room was cleaned and organized while at breakfast or while at the pool. Most importantly the entire staff are super friendly and willing to help with any requests. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property.

I highly recommend Victoria House and hope to return ourselves for another visit.

Victoria House was incredible! A mini resort if you will- all the services/amenities you want but without the hundreds of rooms/people. The food was PHENOMENAL and the hotel staff we so kind and accommodating. Close enough to town (10 min golf cart ride) but just far enough away from the hustle bustle.

Things were a bit pricey at the hotel (golf cart rental, food) but we expected that and the convenience is unbeatable.
