Kõigi mugavustega korter väikelapsega perele Nicosias

Meeldis väga, et korter oli 6. korrusel ja aknast avanes hea vaade linnale ning ümbritsevatele mägedele, sh Põhja-Küprosele. Ka meeldis, et korter oli väga hästi varustatud. Seal olid olemas nii nõud kui ka pesumasin, mis meile väikelapsega reisides väga ära kulus. Korter oli väga hea planeeringu ja ruumikasutusega. Rõdu oli väikelapsesõbralik ehk seal oli klaas ümber ja teda ei pidanud väga jälgima, et ta üle ääre end ei upita. Vanalinn ning kesklinn olid jalutuskäigu kaugusel, 15-20 minutit jalutada oli väga okei.

A perfect stay in an amazing flat in a perfect location with a perfect hostess.

Everything was perfect! I should mention that Maria made sure that even the slightest wish we had was taken care of immediately. She went beyond and above to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also provided cleaning services

Comfort apartment

The apartment is clean, big and comfort, there is a lot of space for everything. The location is good, near city center and bus station. Although we didn't get to watch, there is netflix and prime streaming services. There is also water cooler in the apartment, which is very useful, as well as power adapter for EU.

There is no actually any big thing that we did not like. However, my partner prefers shades in apartment, but there is no in this apartment at the balcony door. Also, hooks for towels would be nice to include.

The apartment's location was superb, offering convenient access to the bustling city center. It was meticulously maintained, exuding an air of cleanliness and providing ample amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Moreover, the host was extremely courteous, exhibiting a high level of responsiveness and genuine concern for their guests' needs.

Unfortunately, the bed did not meet expectations, as the soft mattress failed to provide the necessary support for a restful night's sleep. However, the host may wish to consider providing some firmer bedding options to accommodate guests with different preferences. Additionally, for the convenience of EU travelers, it would be advantageous to provide some electricity plug converters, which would demonstrate thoughtful attention to detail and enhance the overall guest experience.

Very cozy apartments, great location and the most wonderful hostess Maria! The apartment was fully prepared, everything was taken under consideration, including small things such as adapter, a Netflix account and kitchen cookware

very satisfactory stay in a lovely city apartment with wonderful views

We loved layout of the apartment and thought the facilities were great plus the view was amazing

The only thing we struggled with was unlocking the doors as there is a knack to it which we didn’t get to start with so the only thing we struggled with in summary was the access to the property but it wasn’t a major issue

The apartment was very nice. There were clean towels as well as other supplies for the bathroom and the kitchen. It was within walking distance from the city centre. The owner, Maria, was very kind and helpful, even when we had an issue.

The kitchenware (vessels, utensils) and the appliances (the oven especially) need to be taken care of and cleaned better.

Recommodation for a stay in Nicosia.

The location of the apartment is very good. Maria was very nice to host, always at our disposal. Apartman was clean and had everything you need for a stay.

Quick response to solving problems from Host. Efficient host and very accommodating.

1. Bed was comfortable. 2. Apartment location was quiet and not noisy. 3. Near a supermarket.

1. Water supply cut off for a day. Not lucky. 2. Lift didn't work 1 day only. We were on the 6th Floor. 3. Some days the parking was completely full.

Unpleasant Stay Extremely Bad Value for Money

Unfortunately my stay was extremely bad and disgusting neither convenient, unpleasant, nor comfortable as: * Owner never informed before arrival nor mentioned on Booking.com that building was under renovation. Hence, Distractive drill noise started early morning then unable to sleep. Further to stone chips were falling out to pedestrians, street and parked cars. * Intreastingly, I was not given the fancy, clean, colourful, and spacious property shown in the shared photos. * Uploaded photos were not reflecting the true condition of building and apartment. * Bedroom was equipped with uncomfortable old bed, dusty stincky pillow, bed sheet, and blanket. The same goes to remaining furniture at bedroom. * Extremely bad value for money. * Property was not ready for hosting guests. it was like a trap.

I did not expect such an attitude from the owner. First, we booked an apartment and paid for the booking 2 days in advance. literally half an hour after we moved to this new apartment. We called the landlady and asked to stay longer ... she took 200 euros in advance and arrived literally 2 days later and said that, unfortunately, some client had booked this room and he would come tomorrow, so we need to leave the apartment !! why then the money was taken in advance. It always seemed to me that when you give money in advance, it confirms that this apartment is yours and you can safely dispose of it. in this regard, she created a lot of inconvenience to us .. then on the day of departure we agreed that we would leave at 12:00 instead of 12:00, she came at 11:00, . The landlady entered the apartment without asking !!, without the knowledge ! came not alone, but with a man! that is, i entered the hall literally on one towel, without even having time to get dressed !!! I stood in one towel and said, leave the apartment, she says that I brought a man to check the air conditioner, sorry, there are still 40 minutes left until 12:00, so leave my room please and wait little , I'm standing here naked, let me get dressed !! but no, she came in 5 minutes again with this man!( I'm a customer! and the client is not treated in this way; there are simply no words to express dissatisfaction !!! Maria, you didn't pick us up on the street! we came we paid for everything! please don't do this with clients next time!

A great apartment with good parking and a very helpful host

The location was very central and well described. Maria was very helpful about queries that I had. She responded to any questions very quickly and was very helpful. The balcony was great. It was a good size with lovely windows that opened wide, to allow a good air circulation. Parking was very good. It is very good having good parking in that area.

The apartment was a little small. It was ideal for 1 person, as stated in the description.
