Dirty

The pool was dirty and lots of insects throughout the pool. I had to collect clean sheets to remake the beds because of dirty sheets left on bed. Car swipe for parking hardly worked. There was no ignition lighter for the stove

Don’t bother

The pool

Beds were atrocious; only one bedroom had ceiling fan, missing light globes. The value for money definitely not there! Didn’t see one staff person, office closed earlier than stated & opening later than stated. Never again

We had a wonderful time visiting family in the area.

Great location. Near shops. The cabin was clean and cozy. Loved the pool.

I did not dislike anything in particular.

Clean, close to venue we where attending,

I found the booking plus the then on line check in process a bit confusing , as had already confirmed processes by phone. Automated emails I guess

Great little cabin for a couple of nights, clean and tidy but needs darker blinds to block out the sensor light and stee

It's great for families especially with the park.

Once you park the car and go inside the cabin you feel as if no one is around. The cabins were sound proof and provide that little extra comfort for a good nights sleep.

I'd recommend using the check in process through personal contact at the reception and not the self checkin process, as I believe we may have had an even better experience if we had of done so.

Cabin was great. Looked like a nice caravan park.

How there is no interaction with staff. Cupboards too high in cabin . As I am short, I had to stand on a chair to get down crockery and cups to use. Dangerous me having to do this. A step ladder would be great.

Don’t book out of office hours.

Looked great. No way to check in after hours. Took my money straight away. No accommodation provided.

No answer on the reception or after hours numbers. Booked after hours but no way to check in after hours. Was passing through and needed accommodation that night. You shouldn’t be able to book that evening if there is no way to check in.

Exceptional

Clean and looked after. Very friendly staff. Will definitely return in future.

Only downside is that the parking and manoevering around the park can be difficult for bigger vehicles like my ute, though I am always careful and aware of my surroundings.

It was convenient and ok but could have been better but thank you for the heating!

Had what is needed eg. comfortable bed, heating, microwave, table and chairs etc lights over bed were good

main light in bedroom did not work. Remote control - batteries kept in with tape and it took several goes turning tv on or off. hot water in shower would suddenly turn cold. pillows abit hard. outside light did not work

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. The check in process was efficient and communication was great

The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The in room facilities were adequate; hotplates, toaster oven and grill etc.

The taps leaked a bit and were difficult to turn off.

It was a short stay but we will definitely stay again

It was the perfect location and the set up was exactly what my family needed. The full kitchen set up was amazing and the air con kept us nice and warm.

The blankets on the bunk beds were dirty (we brought this up with staff and they apologised). The bathroom had very minimal bench space.

Easy check in, clean and tidy.

Screen door would not shut completely. Could not have it open, due to it being locked and would shut at all. Parking, cramped and we were boxed in a couple times.

Well appointed and good facilities. Contact for arrangements was excellent. Really easy check in and check out.

Parking was difficult with a larger vehicle around other larger vehicles with the particular cabin we had. Insufficiently warm bedding meant we had to keep the heater on all night. Some of the cooking utensils and pots were dirty.

Very good

We loved the location and the room had everything we needed and was clean. The heater was lovely and the bed was really comfy - just what we wanted. The staff also were able to book us another night in the same cabin which was greatly appreciated as we were loving Canberra and wanted to stay another night.

We tried to fry out clothes in the dryer but they were not dry at all and we had to dry our clothes in the cabin. The wifi was not very strong but worked for some things.

Comfy bed Plenty of room Staff were helpful & polite. We needed our towels & toaster replaced & staff did this immediately. Stayed 4 nights.

Pillows were old & no spares. No extra blankets. They didn't have any tissues, iron & ironing board or hair dryer. When asked they said they don't provide this anymore.

we enjoyed our quick stay as we were catching up with friends the pool was lovely and clean and kids area was great too.

it wasn’t far from town and all we really needed was someone to sleep comfortably.The pool was great hours of entertainment in there.

the floor needed a good mop as you had to walk around in thongs all the time or you would have black feet.Well when we got there the tap fell off my hubby fixed it.Also the door handle too the bunks the door handle nearly fell off in my daughters hands.The shower head could be fixed too.Maybe don’t do white towels either they get so dirty.
