Surpassed all expectations! Fantastic

Well maintained, great location and very comfortable. Superbly attentive staff where literally nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic all round !!

The bathroom was a little dated but perfectly adequate.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, excellent breakfast. Did I mention friendly staff? Very kind folks.

Some rooms are a bit small. Just a few, though.

We needed a bed for the night due to family gathering and it did just that.

Linen was clean, room was big, ideal being part of a pub.

Bathroom could do with a spruce up, we had to wait a while for staff so we could check in.

Very friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The room was quite hot initially, but we opened the window & turned the radiators down. Couldn't get the shower to work properly.

my stay was cold food from hotel wasn’t good and local takeaways were worse cold and hungry is how I would sum up

the parking and bar

it’s old not insulated was -8 outside inside probably 12 Ish ran out of hot water half way through shower floor creaking like made people upstairs walking around and can hear what they was doing

A good value for money hotel with great staff and clean bedroom.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, very quiet location and convenient to Hook railway station by a 5 minute walk and overall good value for money and we would stay again.

I would have given 10/10 but the lack of choice at breakfast particularly with only fried eggs being available let it down slightly, hence my 9/10…….scrambled, boiled, poached eggs are not difficult to do but sadly they are not available when we asked for scrambled eggs.

Check in welcoming, my room was spacious with a comfy bed, I had a lovely breakfast. On the whole a very nice stay. Recommended.

Lovely place to stay, staff are exceptional.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was modern and clean.

The room was incredibly cold during the day. There wasn’t any lift or disable access. Finding the hotel was tricky. The bathroom was a little tatty.

Very comfortable stay - clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities and great location!

Did not partake of Breakfast as parents live in Hook but the beds and room were very comfortable and fitted our needs perfectly.
