Nous avons réservé 2 bungalows en face de la piscine comme sur les photos publicitaires de votre site. On nous a donné 2 bungalows devant un mur. Le restaurant n'a jamais été ouvert. Le personnel n'était pas du tout arrangeant. Un véritable catastrophe.

Paradise at a Low Price

"Heaven, I'm in heaven..." I wanted to sing this about Hong Bin Bungalows every morning. This is my perfect place. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with solid wood furnishings and a very clean and comfortable bed. The staff are so nice and very helpful in the tours and transportation. The setting and architecture are spectacular. I have a room with a balcony that has wonderful views. (See my photo) The pool and the pool area are another highlight. The pool is cleaned daily as is everything else. The complex is set off the main drag, but it is a two minute walk to the shops and restaurants and a two km walk to the night market. I walked there, but you can hire a scooter at the property or take a cab. The price for staying in this piece of paradise is very low. I would say amazingly low.

Staff medium, bad bed, good location

Location good if you want to take a Grab and particularly a scooter one. There really isn't much scooter Grab at Phu Quoc. If you know how to drive one, you can take one from the hotel. Room really clean. Love the pool.

Staff doesn't speak well and doesn't try much. Bed was bad. You could sense the spring of the bed. Pillows are bad too.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean and the pool lovely.

We had a great stay. The pool was very welcome in heat. The breakfast was lovely and good value at 65000. Only a few choices though. It was a bit of a walk down to the main road but we did it daily and it was fine. Laundry across the road. Nice restaurants on the main road

Overall it was a great stay. A little way from the main town so had to get a car but that was inexpensive. We were staying up near pool level and it was quite steep to get up to our room with many steps. A little difficult with our bags but the staff assisted when available.

Beautiful pool and the guy at the reception is very kind.

The shower deck was broken. And the sheets were dirty. When complaint about the rashes because of the dust mites the women at the reception did not understand at all so there was no action on that.

This was a second time we stayed at the place. We love the pool. There is a great value for money. Location is ok, not far from the night market, cost 30k dong to get to the market, King Kong mart, Long beach shopping centre, etc...

Pool & room are very clean, beautiful landscape, friendly & carely staff, price is best for this kind of property. In general this is amazing experience to me & my wife. Vote 10 for this, i will present to my friend which is best choice when they come Phu Quoc.

It's on the main strip in Duong Dong. X2 good laundry services nearby. Pool is good. Quiet location off the main drag.

Hotel was empty. Rooms are not next to the pool.For breakfast you have to get a taxi (and pay for it) to a sister hotel. I did x3. WiFi rubbish. Television didn't work x4 days. You get what you pay for.

An OK place WITH A POOL to stay for a few days .

Bathroom was pleasant.

It was too far off the main road for getting back to on foot at night time. Dogs in street made it a bit scary. The place looked worn, shabby and tired - not worth the money & hassles when out late at night. Court yard needed considerable cleaning & brooming etc as was full of tree bits.m

The staff that I encountered were very friendly, the location is very good. A beautiful view and pretty central to everything.

The driver and the receptionist were very good. As for the rest we didn't see much of them. The rooms were not cleaned at all and we weren't asked whether we would like the room cleaned which we would have agreed to. The receptionist was the only senior member there and she had to deal with everything. Whoever the owner is, needs to pull up his/her socks.
