The room was very clean and cosy. The bathroom was also perfect. The owners were very friendly, helped me with transport and offered special breakfast due to my alergies.

It was like a home. Small and sweet place. Owner waited us with no problem as we arrived late at night. Breakfast was good and young girl who made it was so helpful and nice. Everything was clean and best sleep we had a long time (good beds). Oh, and we loved the little garden and yard.

super friendly host! nice location. super clean.

it became loud with loud inconsiderate guests cooking in the kitchen till 10pm. walls were thin and we could hear the guests talking next door. with windows open mosquitoes were a problem.

This is a superb place, and including the great breakfast incredible value. Luis has been an incredibly kind and helpful host, the place is really clean and quiet and in a central location.

Exactly what I was after

I was tossing amongst a few places in the area and this guest house attracted me because of a familiar atmosphere. I wasn’t wrong. The staff and the facilities made it feel very homely.

It’s not criticism of the guest house, just a word of advice for travellers. In the autumn months, be prepared for extreme humidity (over 90%) due to the proximity of the ocean.

Beautiful, very clean and familial. Great, relaxed atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. It was amazing! You should definitely go there!

Relaxed and comfortable environment. Close to all amenities. Great beds and pillows. Good shower pressure, hot and cold water.

Boiler noise from other people showering, plus noise going into and out of rooms all past 22.00pm. But slept well overall.

Really friendly, relaxed atmosphere - and we were greeted with a wonderful warm welcome. Great communal facilities and very clean. really excellent value.

Great place to spend with family.

The place is really well maintained and with very clean rooms. Everything looks quite new and we could borrow bicycles to ride around the lake. The restaurant across the street is excellent too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grannys Guest House, bikes are available on site and the neighbourhood is lovely, close to the beach. The staff are very nice and welcoming.

Luis is a great and warm host, as well as Ana. They made me feel at home and safe as a solo traveler. big accessorized kitchen and nice common area. Everything was nice and clean.

I arrived at 8pm and they welcome me nicely then all i wanted is to sleep on a good bed to rest .

Bed was comfortable and manager offered me Discount price🙂🎁❤

You will feel like at home

Great location! Luis is a wonderful host! You will find everything you may need in the house !great equipped kitchen, tasty breakfast;) Luis has some bikes at disposal to ride around the wonderful beach and lakes in the vicinity. Highly reccomended, you will feel like at home ;)

Very nice people, it really feels like a family is welcoming you.

Luís makes amazing yogurt-cake, free bikes, feels like a family. Very nice terras to eat outside and enjoy the sun!

wifi kinda bad in the last couple of rooms.
