Sehr gut

Einchecken war super einfach und war sogar kurzfristig vor 15:00 möglich. Habe mit der Vermieterin via WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen und sie teilte mir mit, dass der Schlüssel vor Ort übergeben wird und wie wir Zugang zum Gebäude erhalten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Parken ist auf der Straße vor dem Haus möglich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super :)

O ambiente é super tranquilho e acolhedor. A localização é excelente, perto do Alma Shopping e autocarros para todas as zonas da cidade. A casa de banho apesar de ser exterior ao quarto é privativa e não partilhada com os outros hóspedes, o que gostei bastante. O quarto tem uma pequena varanda fechada e equipada com o necessário para fazermos refeições rápidas e em tranquilidade com vista para um pouco de verde na cidade. A cama é super confortável e roupa de cama quentinha. Gostei bastante das toalhas da casa de banho e tamanho!

O que gostei menos foi o menor cuidado dos hóspedes que estavam num dos outros quartos e que tiveram de sair muito cedo num dos dias, foram um pouco indelicados ao não terem cuidado que poderiam estar mais hópedes no alojamento e falaram um pouco mais alto que o esperado para as horas que eram.

The host was kind and efficient.

The faucet in the bathroom leaked into the floor. The lighting into the apartments did not work and we had a hard time opening the locks. Most annoying was the pool hall under the apartment was filled with a group of men that laughed and shouted until late into the night. This made it very hard to sleep.

A cama era mesmo boa e gostei de "pequena cozinha" na varanda.Tem cafe com pool no mesmo edifício e o centro comercial muito próximo. Muito seguro, este bairro parece ser bem luxo.

Fora do centro, demora 30 minutos a pé ate ao centro e precisa de subir muito. A casa de banho é fora do quarto, a vista do quarto é para o estacionamento, não está muito limpo

Bastante bien para el precio.

Estaba limpio y la persona que nos dio indicaciones era muy amable.

La puerta del balcon no se podía cerrar y entraba mucho frio. El radiador era muy viejo y no daba suficiente calor.

Noite mal passada

Não havia pequeno almoço. Localização fica afastada do centro de Coimbra, tive que pedir Uber para ir para o centro histórico.

O quarto tinha cheiro insuportável de Cigarro e as torneiras da casa de banho estavam avariadas, não havia água quente.

Particularmente, as instalações do apartamento não nos atendeu.

Check in (retirada das chaves em um cofre na garagem); Estrutura bem antiga do prédio; Elevador sem porta de proteção; Corredores do andar do quarto escuros; Casa de banho fora do quarto; Aquecedor empoeirado. Por estar acompanhado de minha filha menor de idade, devolvi as chaves e busquei outro local, perdendo o valor pago.

Very comfortable. If I stop by Coimbra again I will definitely try to stay here!

Very clean and comfortable. Great instructions on how to access the apartment. Great place to spend a couple of days or more! Has everything a person needs!

Un buen lugar calidad-precio

La habitación estaba bien, aunque la cama era extremadamente dura. El baño estaba muy bien y el balcón era muy útil para tomar el desayuno, además de que contaba con todas las facilidades para ello, estaba muy bien.

Clean and comfortable guesthouse type accommodation with a lovely friendly host. Everything you might need is provided and the property is in a great location for accessing the city.

Very good, would come again if we are in Coimbra

1st night room 2. was clean , little fridge, coffeemaker. microwave, waterboiler, coffee. suger and tea available as plates, cups, glasses and cutlery . Contact with manager was more than OK. was always available for information etc through telephone. Second night room 4. That was even better. more space and a separate space with all the kitchenstuff and even a 2 ring stove with 2 pans. So we ate there with stuff bought from the Aldi just around the corner. For the price we payed it was awesome.

A negative experience

It took us 40 minutes to find the place, driving back and forth, as we couldn't find any sign that clarify were the rooms are. We relied on help from the neighbours, which were very kind. There were no instructions how to find the keys. These instructions were emailed only thanks to a kind neighbour which contacted the landlord. Without her, we would be left outside hours. There was no light in the floor's hall. Neither the TV nor the heat in the room didn't worked (Room #3). There was coffee .and tea but no caps to actually have the drink. The room was clean, beds we comfortable.

The front door is difficult to open, I even hurt my hand opening that. I guess I was unlucky but you should check that door.

Coimbra always has charm

The room was nice, enough for one or two. The check-in is automatic, which means you don't have to race against the clock. The location is excellent, as it allows you to quickly go anywhere in the town on foot or by public transport. In the summer it is easy to park your car close by.

The fridge in the room can be useful, but the noise was annoying.

Good value for the price

The price was good, and it had a great balcony. The bathroom was clean, and ours was private (but accessed in the hallway). There was a coffeemaker with coffee and sugar provided. Also a small refrigerator with a little freezer and ice tray. The bar next door was very good, cheap, with several billiard tables. We enjoyed playing billiards after some sightseeing. The owners were very nice, and the beer was good and very cheap.

It was a little confusing to check in, especially if you don't speak Portuguese. It's really more of a guesthouse that runs like an Air B 'n B, rather than a hotel. I received a message via booking.com one day before our stay detailing how to check in, but for some reason it didn't download properly on booking.com. so I couldn't read it. So after a bit of confusion upon arrival the afternoon of our stay, we managed to buzz the building and the manager (Francisco) told us to get the keys at the bar next door. We went up and he let us in and explained everything. He does speak English, so we were able to communicate ok. The place also is a bit far from the center, so be prepared to walk a good 30 minutes (or get other transportation). We had a car, but preferred to walk rather than find parking in the center. There was a decent amount of free street parking near the residence.

Friendly owner but no kitchen available

The owner was very friendly and informative about places to visit in the city. Good location about 20 minutes walk from the centre in a residential area.

We had booked this room mainly because it had access to a washing machine and a kitchen. We were travelling around Portugal and we were looking to cook to avoid eating out during the pandemic and we had timed it so that it would be a good opportunity to wash clothes for the reminder of the trip. However the kitchen was closed due to prevent COVID however we were not told this prior to our stay which was rather frustrating as we had planned to use it. An email to inform us would have been good.

The room overall is very nice, it had its own private bathroom too, which is perfect. In addition to this, the laundry service was free! This wasn't a DIY laundry (as I expected), someone did the laundry for me. This was a nice surprise!

Picking up the keys was a hassle. I was told to contact them 30 minutes before I arrived at the place so they could come to give me the keys, which I did. However, once I arrived they were not there and I was told to wait. This was very annoying as I made everything possible to be on time. Location wise, it is not as in the city center as I thought it would be. It makes reaching the train station / center harder as the city has loads of hills and public transportation doesn't seem that great
