C’était une étape, ni plus ni moins, mis à part la jeune femme qui nous a reçu.

L'accueil des agents souriants et aimables et la facilité d’accès proche de la gare

Les places de parking sont trop limitées. Le petit déjeuner doit être mieux organisé notamment l'espace du déplacement entre les tables devant le distributeur de boissons chaudes et froides. SVP revoir l'approvisionnement des produits proposés durant le créneau proposé.

Convenient Stop & Go

Convenient location for train travellers.

We had a room facing the train station. Since we did not want to open the windows in view of the loud noises, the room became a small oven. Tip: choose a room at the rear side of the building if you want fresh air during the night.

Proche du centre ville .Très bon accueil . C est silencieux . La literie était bonne et la chambre très propre .

Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, il n y avait plus de bacon . Sinon c était bon .

Super

J’aime beaucoup la proximité avec la gare et les lieux sont propre , le plus c’est avoir accès à YouTube moi qui aime écouter et regarder des clips. Et franchement ceux qui y travaillent sont hyper accueillant et toujours le sourire. Je recommande clairement.

Une bonne nuit reposante.

Emplacement parfait par rapport à mon point de rdv qui était à la gare. Le restaurant de l'hôtel Kyriad, juste à côté, est top et la petite réduction avec la facture de l'hôtel ça fait plaisir. Petit déjeuner bien garni et varié, il manquait juste un petit yaourt végétal mais j'ai très bien mangé. Et le fait de ne pas être obligée de rendre la chambre à 10h c'est super.

La fenêtre de ma chambre n'était vraiment pas bien isolée, je sentais l'air froid passer tout autour, et même le store fermé je sentais de l'air et j'ai eu un peu froid.

À renouveller sans ambiguité !

Accueil très courtois de la part de la réceptionniste, conseils avisés pour trouver un restaurant. Propreté, calme, petit déjeuner copieux et varié contenant de plus des produits issus de l'agriculture biologique : parfait. Personnel d'étage poli et attentif.

Les irrespectueux qui à quatre heure du matin ne sont pas capables de porter leur valise dans le couloir et font "bénéficier" tout l'hôtel du bruit de leurs roulettes, il et vrai que le respect d'autrui n'est plus de ce monde . . .

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé.

Le personnel est très accueillant, aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié, on a le choix sur plusieurs aliments.

La connexion WIFI est compliqué. Il faut se reconnecter dès notre besoin.

Comfortable beds, wonderful showers, breakfast is good value, quiet.

The staff member when I arrived late at night was very kind and clearly enjoyed his job. The staff member in the morning would barely speak to me, didn't make eye contact and I felt like I was a burden. Literally everything else was perfect.

Easy location Near railway station

Very close to railway station. We had backpacks, so it was very easy to get to. Walking distance to old city. Close to famous Limoges biscuit shop and Royal Limoges porcelain outlet. We walked to the wonderful porcelain museum. There is public transport close by but we didn't use it. Staff spoke English.

Room was small but didn't worry us as we spent little time there. It doesn't have a great outlook but it suited my sister and me. We were there to see the city not a hotel.

The staff of the structure not available and rude. Furthermore, having left an object in the room, I tried to contact the structure in many ways to ask to keep it until my passage, but without success. No one replied to the emails and the specific form. On the phone they told me it was not possible to speak in English and they made no effort to understand my bad French.

Great place at a perfect location for Benedictins station

Location-just across the parking lot from Benedictins station. The staff- from Alexandre at the front desk who could not have been friendlier and accomodating to the friendly room attendant. Ease of check-in ( 1 minute) , the excellent breakfast, and the electric black-out window shade. Beds were excellent and the place was very clean throughout. And no, I am not related to the owner, I was just very pleasantly surprised as we have stayed at other hotels next to the station and were always disappointed.
