Mysigt ställe i gamla stan

Att det låg i ”old town” och att det var rent och fräscht. Mysigt gammalt sekelskifte hus.

Lite väl trångt men vi stannade bara en natt så då gick det bra. Den största väskan lämnade vi i bilen.

Der Aufenthalt in Sibenik ist immer eine Reise wert.

Frühstück wurde in einem Restaurant angeboten. Die Lage war gut.

Es waren aus meiner Sicht zu wenig Möglichkeiten um die Garderobe für 1 Woche ( 2 Personen) aufzubewahren. Das Bad ist sehr klein und hat demzufolge kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Amazing stay in Šibenik

Everything was so nice, confortable, well thought but what I liked the most is that it is beautifully restored. It has a lot of charm and the location is amazing. The hosts answer queries very quickly.

A nice room with views

It was super near to the center, little but it has everything that we needed and very clean. The window with the view to the port was amazing. Although we didn’t see the host he was super attentive and he give us a lot of tips to siteseeing the city.

Right on the sea

Beautiful location on the water. Close to restaurants. Really cool old building. Sibenik is a beautiful town.

Well locate and a comfortable stay

We spent one (1) night here during our month long tour of Croatia. Although the unit was small, it was well appointed, although my tall husband found the bathroom a bit of a challenge. Our unit was located on the second floor, up a narrow staircase, so pack accordingly. I have knee issues and found navigating the stirs a bit of a challenge. The unit is extremely well located to visit most of the major sites of Sibenik. Although all the sites are located uphill, on the positive side, it is all downhill after a long day of touring. We even walked up to Fort Barone (about a 20 minute walk) to watch the fabulous sunset. There is a small café on site where one can purchase drinks. Near the apartment, you will find numerous restaurants, all situated along the waterfront, also, nearby is a small convenience store that closes at 9pm. Detailed instructions were provided shortly before our arrival on how to check-in and corresponding with the hosts was easy. We parked free nearby, about a 10 minute walk, an address was provided but our GPS had difficulty finding it. When we arrived, we just unloaded the car and then drove to the free parking area. The limited sea view can be seen through a small window and although we did not need it, air-conditioning was available. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy. The unit itself is actually smaller than it appears in the pictures so note the size as detailed on the listing. My husband is quite tall and he had some difficult navigating in the bathroom but overall, the unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfectly fine for an evening stay.

The only negative point is that it was impossible to sleep past 7am. The nearby church provided a wake-up call. The bells began ringing at 7am and continued for some time. Also, suggest curtains for the window.

One night stay in an authentic, medieval room

The flair of the room was very nice and it was very well maintained. The communication was excellent and check-in worked without any problems. The room has a little, very helpful booklet and most of the old town is reachable by for from the apartment.

The parking situation is challenging (even though that is clearly communicated). We had the room with the ocean view and that was just seeable from a very specific angle. Even then it was a tiny part. The breakfast in the recommended Restaurant was not very good.

The host was super helpful, the room was small, but it had everything we needed, it was cosy and the location was perfect! Just a few minutes walking distance from everything and peaceful and quiet. If we visit Šibenik again, we would come back.

Amazing stay in Sibenik!

Some apartments sparkle - this one shines. The location was fantastic and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The self check-in was a welcomed touch and the check-in instructions were top notch. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in Sibenik!

The shower head was a bit of a wobbly but manageable. Also there are 7am church bells, so just be aware that the church is close by.

We booked two rooms in February for four people and stayed in there for two days and two nights. Rooms are suitable for several days stay, but if needed to stay for a week or longer, there is not enough room in the closet, if the closet even exists. Although we had concerns about the temperature of the room (e.g. is climatization unit suitable to heat up the room to the pleasant temperature), it was OK. Location of the rooms is literally several steps from the sea. Although the place doesn't have private parking, the free parking besides the city pool is 5 min. walk away from rooms.

The place advertises possibility to have a breakfast with this sentence: "A daily breakfast is served in the Restaurant More a 5-minute walk from the property." but the breakfast is not included in the price. The owners have communicated that for the breakfast it is needed to pay additionally 8€ (discounted price agreed with owners of rooms). Considering that we have not paid additional 8 € per person for a breakfast and have visited a nearby store where have bought some bread, salami, cheese and made sandwiches. I would give much better overall mark if the breakfast was included in the price.

Passable

We did not have hot water except for about 30 seconds before it would start running warm and then to cold. This happened the evening we checked in as well as the next morning. In discovering this, my shower lasted about two minutes. We tested it again the next morning and found it to be the same, so my spouse opted not to shower. The bathroom in the room we stayed in may as well have been in the same room; for all accounts it was. It was directly next to the bed with a sliding glass door that was barely opaque and left gaps from the wall on both sides. You need to be VERY comfortable with your travel partner or be solo. The bed was squeaky and not overly comfortable. The room was quaint with the old town exposed walls, but with no hot water and the size of the room we were glad that we were only there one night. The price was good if only we had hot water.

Location is great, host is very kind

The whole night was extremely noisy on the stairs and second floor so we couldn’t sleep. When we arrived apartment was very cold, because of humidity was very smelly, floor and table wasn’t cleaned.

Perfect location, great room, nice hosts

We were there in the winter. Great location close to the city centre yet calm. Very clean and tastefully equipped room, warm at the arrival. Dog friendly place with now extra charges for the pet. The hosts make you feel welcomed by several small details.

if you are a light sleeper the location of the room at the entrance of the building is not optimal since the noise of other guests might disturb you.

Really enjoyed wandering through the old town, beers by the harbour and swimming at the beach

The location was amazing - right by harbour with a beach, restaurants, shop 5 minutes walk

Room was a little small but well furnished. Didn’t mind the church bells would have appreciated a warning so we didn’t think a tsunami was on the way 😂

Cozy room with rich history

The location was superb! You had the feeling that you were a part of the community, lovely cozy room with a rich history!

The parking space was not nearby, therefore travelling by car take the suggestion to drop your luggage first at the appartement.

Nice looking apartment in a great location, but a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great. The apartment has an authentic look. Self check-in worked well.

The apartment was a bit small. No room for storing clothes in a wardrobe. The AC didn't work well. The room was pretty warm. For hours I couldn't get the temperature under 27c. The bed wasn't that comfy. The shower didn't drain too well. The pictures that I saw when booking the room also showed a nice patio. Unfortunately the patio belonged to another room. That was a bit disappointing. There was a German family with many kids in the apartment below us. They were extremely noisy, slamming with the doors, yelling etc. Of course I cant blame this on the hosts, but it seems that the apartment is not so much sound-proof. For two days it was impossible to continue sleeping after 7AM.

Effortless, beautiful and convenient. Just exceptional!

The location is great and the professionalism that the host provided, was exceptional. He provided all the information we needed without me having to ask. It was a smooth and effortless trip to Šibenik mainly because of the great host and beautiful accommodations.
