Charmante maison au calme avec une vue superbe

Petite maison bourrée de charme, sur le port de Sibenik, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil. L’hôte est adorable et disponible. La maison est au calme, et on profite de la vie de quartier, loin de la foule. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et le parking de la ville a 7/8 minutes à pied, pour 5€ par jour.

La maison n’est pas idéale si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer en raison des marches, mais sinon c’est parfait

De stad sibenik is erg.mooi. De ligging van het appartement is mooi en centraal.

Het appartement ligt naast een kerk. Elke ochtend om 7 uur gaan de kerkklokken ongeveer 5 minuten lang...

Amazing location, with sea views in a traditional stone house.

Location, traditional old stone cottage, very quaint and homely.

Double bed in second bedroom was very small and not suitable for 2 people.

Perfect location near the beach and old town

The property is very well located to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. It is a short walk to the old town, and yet when sitting on the terrace with its breathtaking views, you cannot hear a sound. There is a church right beside the apartment and the bells sound on the hour but it only adds to the atmosphere. We will most definitely return to this apartment!

Lovely town

When we arrived I was unwell from heatstroke and Sivena was kind enough to help us move some bags into the apartment while my husband parked the car (carpark an easy 10 minute walk away - 3 euro per day). The apartment is lovely and well decorated. The beds are the best we’ve slept on this holiday - the mattress so comfortable. The aircon is superb and the rooftop terrace a stunning location for breakfast and dinner as the sun sets.

This place could be so much better than it currently is if some attention was given to it. Unknown to us the deck chair was held together with 3 zip ties and when I sat on it I fell through heavily to the ground badly bruising my arm and leg. The washing machine doesn’t work, there are not 4 of everything despite being a property for 4 people and the downstairs kitchen smells very strongly of cigarette smoke. Finally, the front door lock broke and we couldn’t get into the apartment until a locksmith was called 2pm of our 2nd last day. The lock was not replaced by the time we left which meant we were reluctant to go out in the evening and also had to sleep with no security ) that being said it is a safe area)

Good location in the old Town area of Sibenik. Nice view from terrace on the top towards the Sea. (above all evenings) A pleasant place to stay for a while but you have to like climbing stairs.:)

Lovely house in best part of Sibenik, with amazing terrace and great host

Located in the best part of beautiful Sibenik, next to the town's beach and fishing village, the house is a building with 4 levels, very well optimized, where you can find everything and all the comfort you need. We especially loved the terrace, with views to the small beach and beautiful panorama around, including nice sunsets. The host is very friendly and supportive, she helped us when in really big need. Thank you very much, Sineva! We highly recommend and hope to be able to come back and enjoy another amazing stay at this great home.

We would loved to stay more.

Perfect stay in Sibenik

Apartment is just like in the pictures, a typicical dalmatian house with several floors situated in the old part of the town. On the top floor, we enjoyed a beautiful see view. Perfect location, walking distance from all the sights and bars, beach is 5 min away by foot. Sineva is the perfect host, you will not regret your stay here!

Keep in mind that there are many stairs in the house, we didnt mind it.

Superb apartman but without free parking

Adorable 3 floors apartment, well equipped, beautifully designed and clean. The absolute highlight is a terrace on the 3rd floor with spectacular view.

Be aware of the nearby church bell tower, which starts to ring at 7am. For us it was not a problem because we had a ear plugs. The only issue we had was the fact that there is no free parking nearby, so watch out where you park your car. Still, we highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Very nice apartment, so close to everything. Very cosy. Clean!! This apartment is decorated with love. Would definitely come back.
