Well placed, bed okay, but drab and uncomfortable. Okay for a night, but no more.

Located right on the lake front, and walkable from the railway station. Very close to the lake boat pier. Sheets and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel was the bare minimum, most basic imaginable. Just the rooms. And the room was almost bare - no carpet or armchair, hard floor, bare walls. The shower was just about acceptable. The balcony, with its rainsoaked astroturf and screens with plastic climbing plants, was a major disappointment. The place was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. We were glad we were only there for one night.

Hotel cercano a lugares turísticos

Me gusto que tiene vista al lago, está muy cerca de la estatua de Fredy Mercury, del studio de Queen y lo más importante muy cerca caminando de la estación del tren. El desayuno no es incluído pero está bien a diferencia de los precios de afuera

Beautiful scenery from Balcony

The hotel has beautiful view from the balcony. There are many shops & activities near to the hotel.

The hotel interior looks abit dated.

Good location & Cost effective

Great location. Lake view from the window was magnificent.

Building is old and needs to be repaired several spots, such as room ceiling paint. Balcony door was hard to close. TV didn’t work. I could not watch any programs.

A refaire !

Position centrale, bâtiment historique . Chambre double en utilisation single avec tout ce qu'il vous faut. Balcon avec vue panoramique sur le lac, bain avec douche, eau bouillante, chaud, literie impécable. Wi'fi puissant, TV, ascenseur, joli salon petit dej avec vue sur le lac. Check'in online facile mais aussi par le personnel en réception, qui est trés sympa et efficace. A essayer aussi leur restaurant Au Parc, au spécifique italien. Merci bien pour votre accueil !

Enough for one night only

The location was good, the balcony too but we didn't use it because of the heavy rain. The mattress was good quality. It was okay to stay for one night only and not coming from far away !

The rooms are noisy, we got a room in front of the elevator. The hotel is pretty old and needs refurbishment in general. Check in was really poor with the receptionnist ; Basically, he scanned our ID on the self check in Ipad and gave us the room key..

De ma vie je n' ai jamais vu chose pareille même en France

Établissement minable , pas propre ,très mal entretenu aucun soin , peinture encadrement porte , bas des portes mur ect manquante . Très bruyant , entant tout d une chambre à l autre . Chambre fenêtre donnant sur cour ok mais cour dégueulasse fenêtre d un autre temps .de plus la phots que vous donner en haut de ce questionnaire ne correspond pas à l' hôtel

Rien si mon épouse n avait pas été si fatiguée nous serions partis de suite .

Location

Check in! It's electronic and you need ID of all people you travel eventhough there is person in reception I couldn't get into room before my partner came in. Had to wait 2 hours for him then we could get into hotel.

Bien situé mais bien vieillot

emplacement, parking public à côté, nombreux restaurants au pied, la promenade au bord du lac, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes depuis la chambre. + possibilité d'acheter des tickets visites à moitié prix (Chaplin ...)

le bruit : fenêtres simple vitrage non étanches (des trous de ventilation dans les panneaux bois) = le bruit de la circulation; et aussi le bruit des portes des chambres qui claquent fort à cause des ferme-portes. Heureusement ça se calme après minuit. Je ne voudrais pas payer leur facture de chauffage

Hotel confortável, ótima localização com a vista do lago e ótimo custo X benefício.

A localização é excelente, próxima da estação ferroviária e com uma linda vista do lago. O quarto era bem confortável e dispunha de todas as comodidades informadas, com um ótimo espaço. A pessoa que nos atendeu no check-in e no check-out foi muito simpática e prestativa. Recomendações muito este hotel.

Não houve algo que não gostamos.

Zweckmässige Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Montreux.

Super Lage sehr nahe am See und auch gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Schöne Aussicht zum See.

Ausstattung zum Teil etwas abgenutzt (Duschbrause, Sessel, Wasserkocher). Frühstück eher bescheiden.

The view from our room was so good it made up for the smallness of the room and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was good. It is not too far to walk to the railway station and it is very close to shops, restaurants and Lake Geneva. Our room had a fabulous view over Lake Geneva.

The room was very small and a bit out dated. There is only one lift and this was not working on the day we arrived.

Good hotel, with an overall very pleasant stay

Very cheerful and accommodating owner/ staff. We had everything we needed for a short stay. We appreciate the high standard kept when our room was cleaned. We also love that each of us has our own bed. We have enough space for our luggage, and to move around. The hotel also has very fast wifi, which we appreciate.

There is no lock in the bathroom. The floors are creaking as we walk, so I'm not sure if we are disturbing our neighbors with that. Also, I think the walls are quite thin as we can hear other people in our room. The breakfast is just okay-- one croissant, one roll, lots of cereals, porridge, muesli to choose from. Refillable coffee.

Good price for a fantastic location. Friendly lady on the check in desk.

great location. Facilities a bit old - the fan in the bathroom (room 301) worked for a little bit and then conked out so you had to turn off the light to get it working. The air conditioning was very noisy and we turned it off. Very old shutters etc.

middle of town location walking distance to just about anything mportant to us like the train station, freddy mercury monument and studio tour, food options and parking,

ac was just a cheap portable ac unit that didn't actually cool the room very much and made a lot of noise. room is very dark, mattress seems old, nails poking out of the floor and the floor moving when you walk on it. very poor temperature control on the shower,

The location is amazing. Lake Lucerne is right Infront of the hotel. It's in the city center so restaurants ö, station are at walking distance.

It was warm. The air conditioned was actually a room cooler that did not cool a lot. The room was a bit dirty.
