Beautiful location, excellent service

Beautiful location - the views from the terrace are incomparable. We loved both the bar and the restaurant and all the staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful with a little balcony and the bed very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The TV in the room was quite small especially as it’s on the far side of the wall. Not a big deal at all but essentially can’t watch tv. We would’ve also expected a bigger breakfast selection in a hotel like this (eg an omelette station or something) but also not an issue as the breakfast that was available was delicious.

لا يوجد شي اعجبني حتى انا دافع مبلغ 1800 ريال مقابل ليله وحده فقط ، ومع ذلك الغرفه صغيره جداً حتى لا يمكنني المشي داخل الغرفه الا بحذر حتى لا اصطدم بشي

كانت هناك هزه بداخل الغرفه فطلبت منهم تغييرها ، وابشركم غيروها لي لغرفة افضل بكثير ولله الحمد

Lovely stay

The location of the hotel could not be better, right at the foot of Montreux train station. Also, walking distance to the Lake Geneva and Christmas Market. Hotel is a grand old hotel kept in great condition. Spacious room and balcony with fantastic view of the lake and mountain. Had a bathtub. Will definitely book again if visiting.

Provided bath and shampoo but no toothbrush, toothpaste or kettle in room. Bed and pillows were too soft for liking. Room service food was OK but not great.

Wonderful stay in comfortable room with high end soaps and shampoos. Staff extremely helpful. Located directly opposite

Beautiful old majestic hotel perfectly situated at the front door of the train station. Fantastic views over Lake Geneva and easy walking distance to the lake. Extremely friendly staff and lovely comfortable room with l’ocittaine products and large soft fluffy towels. Also had bathrobes and slippers available - all great finishing touches.

Magical memories for life

Perfect location and the reception staff along with the bar staff and f&b manageress made our stay fantastic, lots of people we didnt meet like the cleaners who did an excellent job 👏

Great location and extremely comfortable

Very comfortable, the bed was amazing.. loved the balcony

The shower/bath, whoever designed this needs to go back to school. The shower and taps were all squeezed in to the end, couldn’t turn around without hitting your leg on the spout or standing on the plug. Truly disgraceful

Location was fab. Went for Freddie Mercury celebration. Close to market, casino, and all the fab stuff and our room had lake view too. Right opposite station exits too. Couldn’t ask for more

Marvelous!!

The hotel is situated just in front of the railway station , so very easy to go around the areas by train . In addition the hotel serves delicious food ! There are so many choices at breakfast too.

Perfect location: across the road from the railway station, and with a fabulous view over Lac Leman and mountains. Also it overlooked the gardens and lakeside promenade, so it was easy to have a very pleasant walk.

Fabulous location just a few steps from the Montreux train station. Hotel is on the top of a cliff overlooking the city and the lake below providing postage-card views.

The only things we didn't like were the bath tub because it was difficult to get in and out of plus the restrictive hours in the hotel restaurant.

I would certainly stay at the same hotel again if I were to go to Montreux - the location, the views from the restaurant

the beds could have been better : we had 2 singles which almost seemed like extra beds and were very light

Lovely hotel and location

Breakfast was very ordinary. Not a lot of choice for things that I usually enjoy ie granola , Greek, nice plain yoghurt , berries. No option of omelettes

Great stop in Montreux, just across the train station and amazing view

The lake view from the room was great. Beautiful sunset. The room was nice and the facilities are great. Very nice service at the restaurant and great breakfast.

You can hear easily what is happening in the other rooms, it can be disturbing and with little privacy. The bathtub was very tiny to take a shower. Other than that it is a nice hotel.
