Very good

Quiet, quiet, quiet. This is pretty rare today. We came from the chaos and noise of Athens and I was happy to hear only nature sounds.

Very quiet location, fantastic spacious terrase with comfortable seating in the shade, very friendly and welcoming host. Our late arrival was not a problem and we were greeted very warmly and the apartment had everything we needed, even few nice welcome gifts. Perfect spot to explore Sounion, fully recommend.

Perfect accommodation

Nicely-Appointed Comfortable And Clean Apartment Hosted By A Great Host

My host was incredibly helpful and friendly, and was most welcoming upon my arrival. Check-in was very straight-forward and easy, and my host even personally delivered my nicely-appointed breakfast to the apartment the next morning! The apartment that I stayed in was very clean and comfortable and had so many facilities - more than I could ever have needed for my short stay. It would especially be a great stay for couples with or without children, or small groups of friends, including those who wish to self-cater. There is not a great deal within easy walking distance, but the apartments are nevertheless located very conveniently to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Ancient Temple of Poseidon archaeological site, if one has a car.

Relaxing, amazing views, very comfortable swing on the balcony, friendly host and so many amenities!

Host was incredibly friendly and provided for all our needs well beyond our expectations! Also, the views were the gorgeous, loved the sunset over the sea and mountain! Great facilities like 2 coffee machines in a full kitchen, rain shower, modern stylish hair dryer, extremely comfortable bed. All you could want.

Apart from the amazing beach, there's not much walkable, so it would be useful to have a car here. With a car, you can reach the ancient temple of Poseidon in 10 minutes.

We loved everything! We stayed 2 weeks ago before our cruise departing from Athens. We had a wonderful time! Thanos is the best host, really helpful and nice. He takes care of every detail with love. Excellent value for money, really clean and friendly. Would go again without hesitation, particularly if I was sailing o

very clean and friendly. The owner M Thanos lives on the top floor and the middle and lower floors are for the guests. He was most friendly and helpful, and will provide transport to local restaurants ( which are very good) and into the town and marina at nearby Lavrio. The villa is very well equipped with wifi, hot water, and all other facilities.

Nothing, but some people might prefer a conventional hotel rather than a small villa where the owner still lives. But they would pay more I suspect.

Very warm welcome by Thanos who explains about the facilities available in the fully equipped apartment and provides excellent tips for restaurant and beaches. The apartment is spacious with beautiful sunny terrace with 180 degree view on the sea. All amenities worked very well. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Parking available for free. 5 min drive to the nice beach Kape Beach and fish restaurant Marida which you cannot miss. I fully recommend this accomodation!

Excellent address to stay around Sounio. The host is very welcoming, give you recommendations. The place is very close to the nice KAPE beach and about 6km to the temple. You find all what you need in the accomodation, cosy and balcony with partial sea view that I didn't expect. I know where to stay next time I go to Sounio!
