Good choice

Very well equipped apartment, has everything you need. An instruction is sent to the e-mail, so everything is clear. We were on the second floor, a beautiful view of the pool. Loved being able to use the washing machine. A beautiful and thick hedge covers the street by the pool.

The bed is old and worn out, the mattress springs pressing into the body. Cats are everywhere, sleeping anywhere, including on chairs and tables on the first floor. Annoyingly meowed at six in the morning every day, because the neighbors had gotten used to feeding and letting inside. But in the morning it didn't seem to be heard. It is unacceptable to tame a strange animal and make neighbors feel uncomfortable. I recommend that you think about this, that is, instead of recommending in the rules not to feed or let inside, but to impose a penalty. And if there are so many cats in the rented apartaments area, you should also feed them regularly several times a day.k

Great comfortable stay

Given early check-in which was great! clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good quiet location a fairly short walk to sea front and plenty of supermarkets and bars/restaurants easily accessible

Great space

Very clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dinning area. Lovely comfy bed. Lovely quiet location off the main road. Great pool tho with it being December we didn't try it out.

Downside was the sofas. 3 in our apartment and each one extremely uncomfortable

Highly recommended and very family friendly.

Very well located with a beautiful clean pool. 15 mins walk to the city and its beaches. Supermarket very close.

You need to clean the apartment before leaving. No bus stops around.

The place is really nice and comfy, nothing disappointed us out there! Actually everything was above our expectations. If I come back to Cyprus one day I will definitely choose the same apartments :)

Apartment fine A/C not and pool not

Apartment was fine had everything you needed

A/c being on a timer it would switch off in middle of the night and keep waking you up because you were too hot . Switch it back on fall asleep then it would go off again . Pool needed cleaning

- good location, - big flat, - calm area, - no problem to contact the owners and manager.

- most of flat equipment is well used over the years - DIRTY RED SOFAS NEED REPLACEMENT, baby crib, broken doors should be replaced not painted for the 3rd time. - small kitchen equipment was all dirty and sticky.. I understand that previous guests should leave it clean, but if they dont, it should be clean after them by the owners. We need to clean everything before use. - small house equipment need replacement every few years... clothes dryer is RUSTY. I didn't notice that, and few of my white clothes are dirty now. - we travel with 3 months old baby and it is November, so temperature outside is not high. Windows and doors are so leaky, that in the night time baby sleeping alone was cold. No heating available. We can see that apartments are managed with care - clean floors, windows, painted walls, BUT to keep with competition equipment MUST BE replaced over the years. We stay few days in other city in Cyprus, for the same money in two times better conditions.

Exceptional

The apartment is very cozy, clean, modern, spacious, with everything you need for a familly with children and a nice terace near the pool. You have a 5 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and bus station.

A lot of space and comfort for holidays.

Spacious, clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioner. Quiet neighborhood, nice atmosphere to relax on the terrace. Very helpful informations from Tina before arrival and comfortable check-in with key box. Good value for money!

There was no shelf in the bathroom.

Cozy and nice apartment. There was everything we needed: oven, microwave, cooker, conditioner. Especially we like the location of Constantia. Unfortunately there were some ants in apartment, but we were ok with this fact. Many thanks! Next time we’ll stay here again! Recommended!

It was nice!

The apartment is nicely decorated. There were milk, water, cheese and many other things for us when we arrived. Also there is always hot water.

There were ants. Cleanliness and wifi.
