Genuine hospitality, memorable experience and awesome service levels.

Apartment located in middle of the city, able to access many tourists places, restaurants, etc. I must say very convenient.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for genuine hospitality by Chamath, before I arrived he provided all the required information, in addition he’s a gem of a person always trying to assist and help. Awesome service 😃.

Great place overall

Nice rooms, comfortable bed, shared kitchen included with everything you need to make food. Chamath (the host) is very welcoming and friendly, helped with any question that I had :)

Location is on a busy road and a bit far from most tourist spots. You'll likely need to use some transportation to get around.

So much more than a place to stay!

Host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Chamath and his family provided the most welcoming experience, inviting us along to local celebrations and providing us with recommendations for authentic restaurants and activities nearby. Chamath was very knowledgeable and able to educate us on the history of Sri Lanka. Exceptional value for money. One of the best places we stayed in our three weeks. Great place in Dehiwala

The owner was attentive to what was needed during my stay. The apartment provides what was needed for my short stay and access to the terrace etc is awesome. Thank you Chamath!!!

Perfect

It is the second time we stayed in this place and it is even better than last year. Clean, comfortable and the owner is very welcoming and helpful. For the price it is the best accommodation in Colombo.

The rooms are slightly small, but i would say it's value for money.

Wonderful host who will guide you everything you need. Clean, quite place. Absolutely worth money.

Daytime, there was noise a little bit, since in bathroom there is no sound isolation from street, but it wasn't critical.

Exilent property with exilent host. Strongly recomend!

Th host and location. Very hospital owner.. We had arrived to location just after landing from airport, it was late, but Chamath met us and prepared for us king coconut , it was so great after such a long way. Also he proposed us to drive us around and show interesting locations outside. Also apartment’s we’re very clean and there was everything you need inside for comfortable stay, there was even power source adapters ) A d also there was very fast internet , which is important for my work

Everything was great and good, the owner of the house helped me a lot, he even accompanied me for shopping, he was very kind, the house was in a good location and close to the beach, it was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had good facilities, the bathroom was great. The most important thing for a tourist was to have peace of mind, which he had in this house

Very homly experience with personal care by the host.

The Restraurant is closed at present after COVID. So there was no meals available. Location is very quiet and private but at the same time close to all the facilitries. The best part of staying there was the personal attention and care given by the host.

Needs a generator for power cuts. Hot water system should be improved.

Excellent stay. Wonderful experience

Host was so friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot Mr. Chamath for the careful support in every point of our stay. Room was very clean. We had a cleaning staff who cleaned room spotless. Roof top is the best place to spend evenings. Its so cool out there. There is a beach nearby and a world class zoo too. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone who want to stay near Colombo.

Very helpful and highly recommended

I arrived after an 9 hour bus trip to find my foot badly infected. I asked where is the nearest hospital, he organised a tuktuk for me, came with me and since I didn't have enough cash, lent me the money to pay the hospital bill. He far exceeded my expectation for hospitality.

It is cheap and best in my opinion, everything located near by like mall, restuarant as they have their own restaurant downstairs...it is best too.... Can not get this type of accomodations at this location....best of all the winter is very much helpful... anytime... Helped to extend my visa... I recommend this place... Thank you...see you soon

The owner and staff are really caring, and take care of everything if you want anything. The appartment is above a good restaurant, so good food is easily available. There are many good restaurants in the area. There is access to the roof, with a nice view of the area.

Best you can get for this amount 👍

Owner is really helpful and gave me an early check-in as I had an early arrival to Sri Lanka. This place really worth for the money I paid. Have got all necessary equipment for an apartment. I recommend this place and would definitely return.

Very good place and worth more than the price.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Owner was a very pleasant and helpful. Checkout time was till 3 p. M. And it was very helpful with our travelling schedules. Very easy location to find in Colombo. As per the description all facilities were provided and we recommend this place to anyone who wish a decent place to accommodate.

There was lack of WiFi facility.
