Céntrico, limpio, las camas súper cómodas y almohadas de visco, nos pusieron una cama supletoria para mi niña de 3 años y estaba encantada! El Mercadona en la misma calle, y los aparcamientos del llano tienen acceso directo a la calle del apartamento, está genial 🤩

El ruido de los coches de la calle, pero algo normal no hay fiestas alrededor ni mucho jaleo, no tengo pegas

Very good

very clean and spacious, facilities were in perfect use with plenty of kitchen utensils helped save lots of money being able to cook daily. staff were pleasant and helpful

not to the property’s fault there was really loud building works on the street that started early in the morning.

A good option with no surprises in Nerja.

Well equipped, good condition, clean, professionally run. Good communication and info. Reasonably close to free parking. On the edge of peak tourist zone means both fancy and cheap eats are accessible. Interior apartment is free of street noise.

Nothing exciting about it. Purely functional. Interior apartment is free of views.

Great apartment in beautiful Nerja with lovely hosts

The property was in a great location about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and sea front. The host was excellent and the communication was fantastic letting us know about how to checkin, where the property was located and where the free parking was, which was about a 5 minute walk away from the property. Access was very easy and straight forward and the apartment was fantastic. It was very clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable. Mercadona supermarket is opposite the property and bars and restaurants are very close by. It was also very quiet and had air conditioning in the main living area.

Nothing I did not like, there is no lift and the apartment is situated on the first floor, but this was not a problem for us.

We really liked the apartment. It was very well equipped and was really cosy.

In the description was told balcony. It is correct, but was only a smaller French balcony, not what we imagined. It was towards a very busy street that made us have windows closed all the time.

Everything, could not fault this property in any way. Modern, immaculately clean, comfortable. We stay on Nerja regularly and will definitely book this apartment again.

mixed feelings but could be improved

No breakfast served , but nearby café and facing a supermarket

We have stayed at this hostel twice ,the first time pre covid there where two entrance doors to the hostel this proved to be confusing when we tried to gain access to the hostel on arrival as we tried to enter by the other door .I would suggest that better instructions are given or mark the doors differently Also water cold for morning shower , towels not big enough and noise from people with to much to drink making noise however the apartment was very clean and nicely furnished

Perfect location and appt. facilities although I would welcome more space for drying clothes. Host was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect except strong smell of cigarettes in our appartment. Not hosts fault, clearly visitors don't respect No smoking signs. I still recommend it.

Location, clean room

The host hasn’t sent us any check in instruction a day before. I had to send a message through booking.com but no reply. Then, I had to WhatsApp the host and he/she finally answered but no apology. We also needed some bus information but the host wasn’t very helpful.

Very modern, new machines and furnitures, 10 minutes walk from the beach, parking nearby (5 min walk with suitcases can be a bit heavy), supermarket just in front, big common terrace on the roof. Easy autocheckin.

We were not given the exact same room shown on the pictures (with balcony and big windows, instead we got groundfloor darker room) - we experienced this with multiple apartments in Spain, so might be a general practice, that sample rooms are shown vs what you get. There was a nespresso machine in the room but no capsules provided.

Customer service not ideal

Nice, new apartment, nice deco, very clean, very well equipped, nice mattresses, some welcome presents.

We had booked & payed for a two bedroom apartment but, on arrival, found ourselves in a 1 bedroom apartment instead. The host was not immediately available via phone or message. A message from the host some time later in the afternoon- after our arrival- offered a free cancelation as a solution. Finally the host called after 9pm. I signaled understanding of the circumstances- apparently construction workers who were staying in the 2-bed apt needed to extend their stay bc of unfinished work- but expected some form of compensation for services not privided. After some 15 mins on the phone my suggestion of a 15 Euros refund was reluctantly agreed to on my insistence, on condition of a good review here. Also, tried to reach booking for assistance and was informed by automated message to get in touch with local branch in local language. That's not helping. All in all handling and dealing with the situation left room for improvement. The apartment itself: is in a small but rather busy street and a bit noisy at night. The views aren't great, but that's obv a matter of opinion - buildings across the street are in a bit of a sorry state.
