very convenient location, good sized studios

The bathroom could have been cleaner; check-in process was a bit cumbersome because I arrived just after 8pm so had to check-in online, but reception staff were very helpful.

Ging so…

Die Lage, man ist schnell in der City. Wenn man in Booking ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen sucht, findet man das Deluxe Apartment sehr schnell, wir haben dabei leider übersehen, dass es sich um ein Einzelbett und eine Schlafcouch handelt.

Die Betten, das Schlafsofa ist eine Zumutung… Statt die Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett und dieser Schrottcouch auszustatten, sollte man einfach ein vernünftiges Doppelbett aufstellen.

doorlegen sofabed - versleten meubilair - tv deed niet - verwarming voldeed niet - doucheknop en lavabo slechte werking - onverzorgde overgordijnen - zeer gehorig (zowel van andere kamers als van de straat)

Probably unsuitable for people who want extra facilities in the building, but that didn’t bother us.

It was fine, but 250€ for a room where you sleep on a couch and smells like someone smoked in there is not worth it.

I like the facilities but couldn’t get much rest.

Location and possibility to make meals.

The heavy smell of tobacco when we opened the door and which was persistent the whole stay. The noise coming from the construction work starting at 7 am. The noise from the Caffé til late night.

Comfortable beds and good location; Noisy due to loud lift and loud guests; Starting to look tatty.

Apart from having a relatively short window to collect the keys without having to make alternative arrangements (3-8pm), the key pick up was straightforward with the chap at the front desk.

The lift was broken and we were on level six, however, the chap at the front desk helped with one of the large suitcases for the four of us.

Great position to see the old town and beyond. Bed very comfy and kitchen had hob with lots of utensils and pans.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on as an ordinary sofa resulting in back pain.

Very nice location and good reception, although limited time hours which was open.

Our room was not clean and we had to ask twice to be cleaned. Especially the shower head was very very dirty.

Check that the demolition is finished before booking mon-fri

Location Great

I was not made aware that our apartment was unusable during our entire first day from 7am when we were woken to incredible loud demolition from the next door building. We were charged full price and no refund / late checkout offered. Also asked for the sofa bed to be made up and told there was a charge ! Even though we paid over €120 per night for our 3 night stay.

the cosyness of the room and that the location is in the centre of the centrum

they dont clean every day like other hotels, and the elevator is too slow and shaky

Would not stay at this hotel in the future.

The hotel is located near to the main tourist attractions and the city center. The rooms are spacious.

Our room was not ready even though we arrived after check in time. We waited till an additional 45 minutes after check in for it to be cleaned. There are no lockers or service to leave luggage at the hotel while waiting for check in or check out. The reception is only manned from 3-8pm which means it is really not possible to ask the reception for any help outside these hours.

Location a 10!

Location couldn’t be better! Comfy unit, kitchen well equipped, nice details the Rituals toiletries!

When having a 0 years old kid is a bit uncomfortable to go upstairs to the last floor (elevator works until floor 5, our unit was 6). If you travel with a stroller and baby ensure you’re located in another floor. Disclaimer: We didn’t want to bother the accommodation asking for a change though, we dealt with it, this is just an advice for parents and not a complaint with this property.
