The hotel was amazing in all terms perfect for holidays i really like it, and I appreciated the services and all activities around, recommended for nice holidays.

Good 1 day stay. Good location for activities

The property is located at prime area of all snow activities which saved me a lot of time. Did a lot of activities. The view is beautiful. Vast variety of food.

The staff are little strict and lack a welcoming smile.

Absolutely amazing experience , especially Front Desk person ( I am sorry , I do not remember your name) , but we spoke about Bollywood movies and how he loves Dharmendra - he even looked like him. Staff was wonderful and helpful . We stayed in Pik Palace and not Chalet . Amazing property with amazing view and heated pool .

at PIK PALACE : Location Luxurious room Great house keeping Free bus rides to near by attractions Indoor pool, jacuzzi/kids pool, Spa My ratings would have been 10/10 , why 2 points are reduced is in 'what didn't you like?' tab below....

Park Chalet: I booked two family rooms at Park Chalet, just a day before my flight they texted that they are closing the property and offered rooms at PIK PALACE for same price. New booking confirmation was sent with higher price which caused frustration and worry until it was sorted out after back and forth messaging until the day of flight. Even it was confirmed again no additional cost will be added up , I couldn't believe it until I took my flight and checked in. So why this comment is mentioned in 'what didn't you like?' tab is because I didn't like the way hotel didn't had any clue when they are closing for the season, I didn't like the way they send a booking confirmation with higher price causing stress to a customer who had no idea that both the property is adjacent to each other just like 50-75 meters (infact Pik Palace is much bigger and got better scenic view). So if you are booking at Shahdag and price between Pik Palace, Park Chalet and Shahdag Hotel is almost the same then blindly go for Pik Palace as its far superior property out of these three.

Good clean rooms, beautiful view, big bathroom, excellent location near the ski slopes. Man on the reception - Elton, was perfect. Very smart and polite. Very beautiful restaurant with tasty dishes. You can order a cappuccino for breakfast go free.

We were staying for three days in a hotel.One day breakfast was not bad, but two another - very simple for this hotel. Maybe you should review a menu. Add traditional food, it will be cool.

I snow made my holiday moments great

the location is beautiful but the property needs to be managed better. the staff does not understand English and it’s difficult to communicate

The hotel is always directing you to the nearby hotels for basic services like even Azerbaijan cuisine was not available in the hotel

Superb

Comfortable room and furniture. Delicious breakfast, friendly personnel: They let me check in earlier. Very good SPA, pretty affordable prices. All necessary accessories in the room.

Hotel doesn't have its own skier facilities so that you need to go to another hotel and book a locker(rent ski set) there, when you dressed as a skier you have to walk about 250m to reach the ski tracks. Very small drier in a room (you need it if you want to dry your ski bib. Difficult to reach hotel building from underground parking, need to cross some stocks and administrative areas of hotel.
