Satisfied, but not the best location for accessibility

The places is very clean and recently renewed with 2 separate bedrooms; it’s located at the very beginning of Ortigia, near the fish market. Good starting point to explore Ortigia and Siracusa.

We did not like the lack of a tiny kitchen area, only a table and a coffee machine are provided, but no way to wash what you used. Also, the apartment is located at 1st floor in a tiny street with no access to vehicles, and no elevator, therefore consider to carry on your luggage (you must do it by yourself).

Beautiful

It is a beautiful area and building, the room was spacious and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For me, the bed was exceptionally hard. I think we were unfortunate that the time of our stay coincided with an outdoor party around the corner on our first night (I know, how dare people have fun, right?), and the joyful sounds of little children running outside on the street. The door opens directly into the street, and I am a light sleeper, I didn’t sleep well day or night, but hopefully you would! It was handy to have breakfast available on site. There is a coffee machine, but only 2 capsules, extra are €1 each. Small (individual) bottle of water in fridge on arrival and a couple of local sweets, much appreciated.

Good location but staff service could have been better

Nice rooms with aircon. Good large bathroom.

Stairs were extremely steep and quite dangerous. Not recommended for left people. The remote for the tv was missing. It was mentioned to the staff but nothing done. One of the remotes for the aircon didn’t work.

Beautiful luxury in authentic charm

It is spectacular. Beautiful old palazzo apartment but new fresh and very comfortable

We initially reserved single guest room. But upon viewing though beautiful didn’t have windows or light. Luckily we upgraded

Boutique è il nome e non la definizione, però se non si hanno aspettative per una notte va bene

Non la miglior posizione, ma dentro Ortigia va bene tutto.

La struttura non è esattamente come appare nelle foto. Potenzialmente è comunque migliorabile, il divano letto è sporco e piuttosto rotto. Per come è ammobiliato e mantenuto non può definirsi un vero boutique hotel, ma solo un nome usato per marketing. Per fortuna anche il prezzo non era da boutique hotel, ma da hotel 3 stesse. Un consiglio, essere più oggettivi sono certa che migliorerebbe le recensioni, perché rimanere delusi da un nome altisonante e da foto troppo promettenti porta il cliente a sottolinearlo nelle recensioni. Al contrario essere chiari porterebbe maggiore soddisfazione. : )

Perfect place to stay in Ortigia

Excellent little apartment in Ortigia. Well equipped, clean, and tidy. Situated close to the Coop Supermarket if you need anything. Bed was very comfortable, almost Japanese futon style. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped us organise a trip to Mount Etna. Small cafe on the corner, also owned by the hotel, has great coffee and sandwiches.

The room was perfect, with a sleeping area upstairs, but the stairs were slight slippy, go with bare feet, not socks.

Bien mais dommage de ne pas avoir d'accueil. Photos correspondent au site

l'emplacement , la pierre de l'établissement.

Manque d'ame; déjà des prises abimées, le support papier toilettes qui ne tient pas ; passez de support pour étendre les serviettes . A été terminé un peu vite.

La posizione vicino al centro di Ortigia

Non ho dato una valutazione più alta perché nonostante la struttura sia moderna e situata al centro di Ortigia è posta sulla strada con ingresso con codice, senza personale. Al nostro arrivo, la stanza non era pronta e ci è stata consegnata con un’ora e quaranta di ritardo rispetto al check-in. L’addetto alle pulizie, dopo una pulizia grossolana degli ambienti, ha spruzzato del deodorante su tessuti e tappeti che si è rilevato alquanto persistente e ci ha costretti a dormire con l’imposta superiore aperta.

Me l'aspettavo meglio.

Anche se all'interno di un quartiere degradato, si trova a pochissimi minuti dal centro

Le camere necessitano di alcune opere di manutenzione. Ci sono alcuni aspetti trascurati, peccato. Sono andato via un giorno in anticipo e ovviamente l'ho comunicato prima. Mi aspettavo un contatto dall'host ma non ho ricevuto neanche risposta al mio messaggio.

Struttura bella ben fatta in una posizione ottimale per visitare Ortigia

Diffusore doccia piccolo e un po’ otturato, lampada specchio bagno inesistente. Ingresso con codice poco sicuro !!! qualcuno ,spero per sbaglio , ha fatto codice corretto in tarda sera ( per ben due volte ) la porta non si è aperta perché chiusa dall’interno. Per fortuna eravamo in camera diversamente …. ho fatto presente alla proprietà con messaggio whatsapp, non hanno risposto. Complimenti !!!

Rewelacyjne położenie do zwiedzania.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Czysto, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, sucharki i dżem na powitanie. Bardzo blisko do wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych, restauracji i sklepów.

Sypialnia na antresoli może być uciążliwa dla starszych osób i dzieci.

A very pleasant stay- thank you

The premises are very well designed, user friendly and aesthetically pretty. Everything works as needed. There is air con as well where one can set the temperature in the room to be on a constant level. Location is also great, with a cute view of the rooftops, very close to the market, a paid car park and a seaside.

The only disadvantage is the lack of lifts, so i imagine if you have back problems and a big luggage, better to ask a member of staff to assist you with that- they are very friendly and responsive. We didn't have to do it luckily, just saying to whoever may need it.

Really pleasant, good nights sleep and great weekend away accommodation.

The property was perfectly placed. The staff were lovely. We really liked the decor and the beds were really amazing and comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful.

The showers were not very powerful and there wasn’t much space for putting things away, so wouldn’t be ideal for a weeks stay but perfect for a long weekend.

very nice lodging in a great location

Location was wonderful for exploring Ortigia. There was a nice overnight parking garage nearby and it was easy to pull luggage to the hotel.

We were on the 4th floor and had to use stairs. It was difficult to find someone to bring down or luggage when we checked out

The location is really good and central

There was some noise from the street. Additionally the refrigerator was making a lot of noise in the room and the air-condition wasn't working properly. Overall the facilities were not as we expected from a boutique hotel.

Ortigia Boutique hotel is at an amazing location. It is very near to the beach and city center. The room was exceptional, very spacious, clean and cozy. The staff was very kind and helped when there were problems.
