Friendly and helpful staff and owner. Close to shops and beach.

Very rarely things are perfect, the only thing was I thought the bathroom was a little small but everything worked and this would not stop me from staying here again.

small villa with a big personality

The property was basic, it had everything you needed and more. I loved the friendliness of the staff, the night duty man, the young boys and Yogi! Yogi thank you so much for going that extra mile. Your breakfasts were a delight! we will be back!

Great value for money place with a great manager - Tyrone

The place is a good place and it's value for money. Tyrone, the manager, was very kind and helpful. If you want to go to the beach, it's also walking distance.

Cosy Hotel

A small hotel run by very helpful people. Historic, attractive building in its own courtyard Patio at rear of building Good level of equipment in room including fridge, Aircon, fan & TV. Good wifi I'm a residential area between beach and main road

Wasn't asked if I wished to have any meals, they were available but not automatic at the moment.

the best place in mount lavinia

it’s the best place to stay in mount lavinia :) every time we are in colombo we come back there. the place is nice, clean, comfortable, has a cool pool and very helpful and friendly staff. the location is perfect because you are close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants and main road but it’s not too noisy and busy around. totally recommend. the building itself is a very nice old house and has its unique atmosphere.

Excellent

Really excellent service provider and a very homely atmosphere. Staff were all polite and efficient especially the night man. The pool was lovely, cool and well protected from hot sun. Overall I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Good, clean, cheap room in a villa

Great location, very friendly staff. Not all speak English, but it is in Sri Lanka! Food available on request to a certain time and they can supply you beer and drinking water bottles at a reasonable fee. Would recommend for a good cheap stay.

There are power cuts in Srilanka these days . 3 hours per day. The property had no power generator. So during power cuts there was no alternate source of electricity.

Manager of the property Mr.Tyrone was a very helpful manager and kept on my communication up to date, it is a place which old glory rains
