Great guesthouse for short stays!

Big rooms, very clean :)

It would be nice to have a portable stovetop to heat up food and a few basics like small pots & pans. There isn’t a sink in the kitchen, you need to wash veggies or fruit & clean dishes in the bathroom sink.

Great stay you feels like you are staying and living as the locals

Big room, nice ac , big bathroom, nicely old themed decorated , family owned and very nice and helpful owners

It’s on the last floor so if you can’t carry your luggage take this under consideration. Parking can be a little limited in the street depending at what time of the hour

Easy access to all the facilities, the bathroom and the room were properly clean and the host was very kind and helpful.

It was very clean and comfortable. Cozy feeling of the place. The hosts were very helpful and gave us advice on what to visit as well.

Maybe someone wouldn't like this, but for us it didn't matter. The room doesn't have a balcony and view but it's totally fine, we were mostly out anyway 😉.

City gem

Perfect spot for city exploring. Giuseppe is a fabulous host who made us very welcome, even supplying beach towels and umbrella. The bedroom was huge and the separate private bathroom was lovely and clean.

Guiseppe is a great host. The place is really great. Clean and quiet. Rooms are huge and confy. The flat is 10 minutes to train station. 3 min to restaurant area on the city. Near of everything

Very well located close to the train station and easy walk from the centre. The place and the room is very big and nice. We did self checking because we arrive late and everything with no problem at all. They have umbrellas for the beach so it was great that we could use them!

Perfect location Clean Very Friendly Host Perfectly Working AC Bus Stop Infront of Building 24/7 Vending shop near 12/15 Minutes Walk to Train Station (You can Also take the Bus)

Bathroom was separate from the room No elevator .You have to take stairs to 3rd Floor

The location is really good: near to train/bus station, and local bus stop in front of the house. Nice vintage interiors, with small cute terasse, and good windows (silence), large rooms. Kind hosts.

Unfortunatelly the electricity was wrong, so the water heating didn't worked: two times freezy shower and uncharged electrical stuffs :( the hosts tried to managed it, but maybe because of the age of the system they couldn't fixed it immediately. The bathroom doesn't connected directly to rooms.

I liked how the place is decorated and specific detailes. I found chocolates on my pillow for the warm welcome. The comunication with the staff was easy and it was easy to find the place.

A perfect stay in Cagliari!

Everything was wonderful! Spacious, clean and very well decorated room. Perfect location. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful!

Very cute guest house with perfect distance to the city and the train station. Super quiet. Super friendly and helpful hosts and easy communication. Cute, silent balcony and comfortable mattresses.

Unfortunately we haven’t had warm water all the time.

WARNING

Not far from the railway station and city center.

Close surroundings of the building. Messy impractical room with a lot of things falling off/breaking down/leaking/jamming, screeching bed. No eating in the room, but there is no other good place for that, the balcony is without electricity and full of cigarette waste and the "living room" is a big mess. Erratic temperature of tap water. Most of all, the "private" bathroom is outside in the corridor and cannot be locked (not even from the inside), which disqualifies it as private. To misguide you, there is even a key in the bathroom door, but it just sits there in an empty hole, because there is no lock. EDIT: After I posted my initial review (i which, to be honest, I gave 4/10 as it wasn't that bad) the owner called me and threatened to kill me (yes, literally) if I come back to Cagliari. Probably he gets good reviews by threatening people.

The room was big and had air conditioning, it was very helpful due to the weather on the island

It's inconvenient that the bathroom is outside the bedroom, but it's not even a problem. It's near, it's private and it's tidy.

Nice stay. Friendly hosts.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to train and bus stations, and near the centre and old town. Huge bedroom and good size bathroom. Strong WiFi signal. Giuseppe was very welcoming and dealt promptly with a minor issue, readily offering a solution. Everything was as advertised. I would stay here again.
