Sus instalaciones tienen mucha Vegetación, ambiente limpio y agradable.

Agradable pero han subido los precios.

Las áreas comunes son muy amplias, ideal para mascotas.

-Hace un par de meses fui y el costo por mascota eran $20. Ahora lo subieron a $30, es importante que lo mencionen en la plataforma, mis dos mascotas son pequeñas y siento que es un poco elevado. -Las puertas principales de los cuartos son muy viejas y hacen mucha bulla con la fuerte brisa, lo cual lo hace molesto en la madrugada. Deberían cambiar a puertas más pesadas - Por el precio que pagué antes incluía desayuno, ahora no.

Todo me pareció bien, todo limpio, personal muy amable, aunque hay puntos que mejorar como lo es la cocina desayunos más o menos y las cenas si les falta, después me dijeron que tienen cocinero y no chef y allí entendí, 30$ por un ribeyes para que te lo den seco, otro punto a mejorar deben decir en la página cuando es el adicional la noche por mascota y no cuando ya estás en el sitio. 30 por noche, lo deben poner o sumar a la cuenta final, no sumarlo cuando ya no tienes otro lugar en el sitio. Todo lo demás está muy bien, habitaciones amplias y limpias, paisaje hermoso. 🤩

EL VALLE

La vista y el patio frontal siempre es lo mejor en el Campestre. Insuperable.

el desayuno se suponía estaba incluido con la reserva en booking. al llegar dicen que solo con expedia y otra plataforma que no recuerdo. Hagan las acualizaciones en booking para no llegar y pagar un precio que se suponía tenía desayuno incluido pero al llegar no existe. la habitación no estaba lista al check in

Great location but hotel needs renovation

Room size is good, location is the best feature of the hotel, surroundings with pines and great space for relax. Accepting pets is highly appreciated

Altough most people travel now for leisure, we are now in modern times and I can't figure it out how the hotel still has old furniture, heavy lamps and no desk for you to open your computer. Bad quality of ammenities but ok.

Water turns off in bathroom around midnight and does not come back until 7:30AM. Inconvenience for early risers

We were left alone on the property/ hotel. There was not one employee or guard. No sense of security. No hot water a

Location was easy to find and access even in bad weather.

Landscaping could be improved. There are chairs outside of room which is nice but your staring at a hedge of 8 ft boganvilla instead of the vast property and beautiful mountains. No hot water. Not one employee on the grounds to report there was no hot water. Which means we were at hotel completely alone . None of the other rooms were occupied. No cell phone or email to contact hotel management at night for security. Door to room was loose so anyone could open it while we were sleeping. Lady in charge seemed not concerned the next day when I reported it. She just offered another shower so I could take a hot shower. Hot shower that night in the cold rain and wind would have been nice as we were very tired from the drive. The place has potential, but they have some issues that need to be addressed

The locantion is perfect to go and relax with your parnert. The concept of this hotel is excellent.

The sighseeing was the best experience in the hotel.

Really enjoyable!

The room was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful with each request. Really a beautiful place! We'll look forward to going back sometime!

It rained a lot while we were there. Rain is typical - at least once a day -but this rain was pretty much a constant 3 days rain and strong wind. Not usual weather at all for this place - but still there were enough covered areas that we could still enjoy being outside.

Good hotel but too windy

The breakfast and staff are great. It is spacious and clean with great views.

The hotel located in the track of wind, it was very noisy and wake up us a few times per night. Will not recommend this place unless you can sleep well with heavy wind noise.

Great located hotel at a good price

The hotel is good if you compare with the price. It was clean and beds were confortable. The hotel location can not be better, and the weather in the hotel is even better than in the rest of the town. Breakfast is really good, fresh fruit, yogur and granola and a variety of options, portion are fair.

I just will recommend some updates (the ceiling and curtains for example) to the bedrooms to make it more modern and adapt to the current times and maybe the receptionist to be a little bit more friendly. The ceiling fan in the room also needs maintenance as it makes a rare noise when you turn it on. Reception also needs to be cleaned. And I don’t like it is pet friendly (don’t hate me), as I was with my little kids and a guest’s dog almost bite my 4 years daughter, it is not fault of the hotel, but in the future I will consider not pet friendly hotels.

Good accommodation but need improve

Room, view, organization.

Pool: Water comes from natural river, but that’s no reason for the dirty pool. Can’t see pool bottom, you have no idea how deep it is. Pool floor totally slimy, need to be careful to no slip. Empty the pool, clean properly, install water filters can prevent the dirt and the slime, don’t need a huge investment to do it. Pool suppose you can swim but you won’t risk get in there.
