Exceptional

AMAZING location, super close to the beach. The room was massive and the staff provided beach towels and a beach bag, and let us store our bags for the day after we checked out. The food at the restaurant downstairs is also great, and they helped us call a taxi. The AC also works great.

Location, price, huge room, restaurant downstairs. Very friendly staff. Great value for money

Bathroom smelled bad. Hot water was broken and there was a missing part needed so they couldn't fix it right away. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water during our whole stay.

Perfect!

The staff were amazing, Aeing is just an amazing host, as are all the other employees! Super welcoming and helpful, the food at the restaurant was also incredible and everything was so affordable. The rooms were very clean and they provided us with beach bags and towels so there was no hassle on our part. It's also walkable distance to lots of shopping and food. Aeing also got me discounted tickets for a Muay Thai fight on our last day! Would highly recommend staying here, it is beyond value for money.

The only downside is that the quickest way to the beach is a path next to the sewers but it's only like 5/10 mins so it's a small price to pay for staying here! Everything else was perfect.

2 minutes to the beach, lovely staff and a nice room with lots of extras ( even spare towels for the beach!)

The hosts and staff are amazing, will do anything to help you and make you feel at ease! Comfy bed as well.

Surpassed our expectations- very good value

Lovely touches like a beach towel and mat were extremely thoughtful.

The bathroom's drain was clogged when we reached but after talking to staff, this was rectified quickly.

Very good value for the price

Location, staff, owner is very clever and cool, not money-hungry at all. Cleaning lady does very good job. Restaurant is a convenience. There is also patio for hanging out clothes, and the shared balcony is very useful for relaxing. Night market is right across the hotel.

Basic room, small hotel; friendly staff.

The owner and staff were very kind and helpful- esp when we had to navigate Thailand Pass processes. There was also someone available to help us book activities too, which was great! Good restaurant on site. 5-10 min walk to the beach. room was basic, but clean and a beach bag and beach towels were provided.

The hotel is run out of the attached restaurant, so there are staff doing a little of everything, which was a little confusing upon arrival. The room had a strong smell for the first part of our stay (maybe from the pipes?) Room also got very warm when we weren’t there (since the key controls the AC).

Very good

Very nice staff, very friendly. The accomodation is quite near beach - 5 minutes, but you have to walk near stinky water. The beach is really nice. The room is big, clean, only the bathroom could smell better. But the price is great including breakfast and really worth it. Close is also night market with great food.

Ok stay!

The location was perfect for beach and getting around Kata. Room a was massive!

Very dated hotel. Shower was always cold. Male staff weren't overly friendly. The housekeeping lady was lovely
