Muy lindo hotel y cerca de Kata beach

Отличный отель за свою стоимость

Так получилось что мы жили в трех разных номерах за 10 суток. Первый номер был на первом этаже общего здания, в нем пахло канализацией. Поговорив с другими гостями в отеле, выяснилось, что канализацией в номере назло только у нас. Мы попросили поменять номер, нас переселили в другой номер, где все было отлично. Номера не новые, но очень чистые и просторные, с большими балконами. За свою цену отличный отель. Мы были на арендованном автомобиле, поэтому местоположение относительно пляжа и всего остального нас устраивало. На пляж от отеля ходит так же трансфер. Рядом с отелем есть магазины 7/11 и мини биг си. Так же через дорогу левее есть бюджетная кафе с тайской кухней, через дорогу магазин с фруктами, шейками. Персонал очень приветливый, всегда готов прийти на помощь и решить твою проблему. На территории отеля живут котики, которые приходили в гости на балкон, ребенок был в восторге. Последние сутки нашего пребывания, мы бронировали отдельно, нас переселили в номер с выходом к бассейну. Номер точно такой же, но за выход к бассейну стоит переплатить )) очень понравилось, жаль жили в нем мало.

Schönes Hotel, große, saubere Zimmer + Badezimmer. Sehr schön mit den Zimmern am Pool, trotzdem hat man noch genügend Privatsphäre. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

WLAN nicht wirklich gut, die Mitarbeiter sprechen nur wenig Englisch, Verständigung ist manchmal schwierig gewesen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Trinkwasser aufzufüllen, nur zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag, was natürlich bei 35°C nicht ausreichend ist. Im Anbetracht der Hotelklasse und des Müllproblems wäre also eine Möglichkeit zum Wasser auffüllen wünschenswert. Meine Mails wurden lange ignoriert, erst als mein Partner nochmals eine drängende Mail geschrieben hat, wurde geantwortet. Service könnte also besser sein.

Best Hotel in Kata

Best Hotel we've stayed at! Staff were amazing and always went the extra mile. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Room with pool access was a great choice. 10 mins walk to beach and main strip in Kata, and away from all the noise. Breakfast was excellent.

Superb

Staff were amazing ! Very friendly, happy and helpful..Room was very clean as was the pool. Breakfast staff and food was also very good. Room service / bar service was excellent. Location was good and many amenities close by.. mini marts, massage shops and restaurants all with a few minutes walk.

Maintenance workshop directly across from my balcony. Perhaps consider putting up a screen as it didn't feel that private. Didn't bother me to be honest, but thought best to mention it as some people may want more privacy?

A great hotel in the perfect location!

Friendly staff and always happy to help. Very clean, good facilities and the room looking over the pool was perfect.

Only slight negative was the breakfast. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee rather than from a machine, a bigger variety of fruit and fresh fruit juice not the sugary drinks on offer. Not enough to spoil my stay, though.

The rooms are huge and bright, the staffs are helpful.

Saw some Cockroaches in the room and the gate sometimes doesn’t work properly.

Pleasant

Room was a bit dated with very thin walls. Beware no lifts. We couldn’t get a pool access room as full so we used the main pool which was quiet but no facilities (toilets, bar, tables next to loungers) They had a shuttle bus to the beach and back which was very good. 2 good restaurants close by: the Red Chair and the Highway but not much else around, fairly quiet part of town.

Loved the area, the hotel and the staff were fantastic.

How large the suites were and the pool access. It is situated away from the noise but so close to walk to beach.

My suite didn’t get a lot of sun, be sure to request a sun view if you wish to tan or non sun view for families/kids.

Pool access is a really good idea, enjoyed it very much

- A/C was as cold as ice with no ability to change the temperature. Caught a cold in a day; has to ask staff to fix it, and they it not so cold. - Room for 2 persons, but only one chair; - Rooms not very clean, staff just doesn't know how to clean it properly or don't care;

Big room with private pool access. Very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast included.

Superb and excellent value for money, amazing staff

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly! Massive room, good wifi, excellent shower and bathroom. Seen a few reviews about the breakfast not being good but we thought it was great - omelette and waffles made fresh every morning and a selection of coffee, tea, fresh juice, fresh pastries, toast etc we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had a pool access room which was good but we also used the communal pool as it was bigger, both were very clean and lovely to swim in!

It is a 10 min walk to the main area and there isn’t a solid path so you have to walk on the road, this was ok for us but worth mentioning as I can imagine it being difficult for people with young children

Super hotel near the Kata beach. Actually this is the best place for relaxing, the room with access to the pool is incredible joy and the best way of chill in hot weather. We liked this hotel so much, thank you for everything! And the price for such quality is very good!

Nice stay in a good and comfortable hotel.

I had a pool bungalow and the bungalow was spacious, clean and comfortable. Big advantage of the pool bungalow is the big terrace with the direct pool access (pool length more than 35m). Since only other guests of pool bungalows also have access to the pool and during my time the majority wasn't rented out, I had the very long pool for my own.

On my first day the pool wasn't very clean whereas the main pool and the several pools of the deluxe rooms have been cleaned regularly and water was renewed regularly. But after a quick information at the reception the pool was cleaned the next days daily. At the (men's) toilet at the reception there is a step down between reception floor and toilet. Unfortunately, there is no sign indicating the step. I had not noticed it and easily bent over and fell down. Nothing else happened, but here the hotel should perhaps improve.
