Zdjęcia nie oddają faktycznego stanu lokalu

Czysta pościel , klimatyzacja , która samodzielnie można było regulować temperaturę. Lokalizacja. Bardzo konkretne i bezproblemowa instrukcje dostania się do lokalu. Super lokalizacja, blisko restauracje i sklepy.

Wanna- ale bez możliwości wzięcia w niej kąpieli, brak korka. Jak wykąpię się jedna osoba, dla drugiej nie będzie już ciepłej wody. Nie dostaliśmy informacji, że lokal Nie posiada bieżącej ciepłej wody. Gdzieś musi być bojler. Brak tv kablowej. Były jedynie kanały audio i dosłownie 2/3 lokalnych tematycznych. Jeśli nie masz swojego np. Netflixa to wieczorem nie obejrzysz tv. Bardzo brudno. Stan łazienki był przerażający, a już nie jedno widziałam. Okno zasłonięte od zewnątrz jakaś blachą, wiec czujesz się jak w klatce i nic nie widzisz, poza tym jest ciemno. Jeśli otworzysz okno to z góry sąsiedzi naleją Ci wody do mieszkania. Meldowaliśmy się samodzielniej , ale niestety presja rezydenta była stresująca - weszliśmy koło 22:30 natychmiast kazał wysyłać zdjęcia dowodu. Następnego dnia kazał zapłacić podatek, który dzień wcześniej ustaliliśmy, że zostawimy w lokalu przy wymeldowaniu. Kazał pilnie włożyć pieniądze do sejfu przy drzwiach, miał zabrać je o 24:00 !! Więc stres związany z tym, że nas obudzi nie był przyjemny. Okazało się, że wcale się nie pojawił, a pieniądze również rano były na miejscu. Czułam się jakbym miała go oszukać. Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać rozmowy, kroki a także korzystanie z łazienki sąsiadów.

Amplasare buna!

Locatia excelenta, nu ai nevoie de transport daca iubesti mersul pe jos! A fost un sejur placut, comunicarea cu gazda foarte buna, accesul usor! Recomand!!!

Nice and comfortable for a short stay

Nice and comfortable for 1 person, the bed is comfy, perfect communication with the host, easy self check in and out, coffee, tea facilities in the room.

It was a bit cold for me at this time of the year with no heating. The window is small and obstructed by the opposite building and some kind of window bars, so there is no view and very little natural light.

We loved our stay and Francesca was a lovely host, we will be back! 😌

The room was perfect sized for us, it had all the things you’d need! The little kitchen area was handy too and the room was very clean! Francesca is such a lovely lady also! We really enjoyed our stay and the area the room is is just a short walk away from the colosseum, there’s a bunch of bars and places to eat close by too!

- View of window. One window that no sun comes in and views to an open small area between buildings and full of A/C units. -No good sound insulation

Great location, had all the facilities you'd find in a hotel room. Very responsive host and check-in procedure.

Entrance to the apartment building isn't very welcoming... Water seemed to get cold at night for some reason so night showers weren't possible Loud banging and scraping noises of some sort from the level above - thought it was maintenence work but it was happening throughout the night Bed could have been more comfortable.

Perfect Stay for people who are looking for a place near Colosseum with responsive host.

The property is situated at best location, just around the corner of the Colosseum. There are ample of good restaurants nearby.

The location is incredible, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, carrefour express...and of course the Colosseum is walkable in 1 min. Fantastic. The host is in contact when needed and is very nice and courteous. The room is perfect, has everything. My 9 year old daughter loved it. Can recommend 100%.

Perfect stay in a dreamy location!

Our stay at Coral Flat was simply great. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has everything you may need (also if you want to cook something). The bed was big and super comfortable. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the Colosseum. The key pick up is super easy, the host is friendly and replies fast if you contact her. You have a café just in front of the building, perfect for your breakfast in the morning ;-) The flat is also super near to many bars, restaurant and small supermarkets. We'll come back :-)

Fabulous little studio apartment

The location was fantastic within walking distance to most of Romes monuments Bed was super comfy, apartment was great for 2 people, would definitely return under better circumstances, stay strong Rome our thoughts are with you x

Incredible location, good price

Great location, very reasonable price. Place was very comfortable, self catering facilities available or many great restaurants nearby. Colosseum/Roman Forum a short 2min walk away. Host was very friendly and helpful :)

I enjoyed this place and have nothing bad to say but for advice - Italian supermarkets dont sell alcohol after 10pm.
