Es tal como se ve en las fotos. Limpio. Muy cerca de Termini, muy bien comunicado, supermercados en la estación abiertos todos los días hasta tarde, restaurantes cerca. Dueño muy amable, nos estaba esperando en la llegada. Recomendable, intentaré repetir cuando volvamos a Roma.

Aunque tiene equipamiento suficiente en la cocina, se podría mejorar con un horno microondas y una cafetera de cápsulas.

A good pleasant experience in Rome, despite the hot and occasionally rain. Would strongly recommend this place of stay i

1. The 3mins walking distance to Roma Termini. 2. The owner, Mr Francesco, is very helpful and brief us thoroughly on the apartment facilities and various place of interests in Rome. He even prepared a list of recommended food places to try. 3. The apartment is well kept, clean and spacious.

It's a nice apartment, well kept and very well located. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby and it's easy to move around the city (by foot, bus or metro). Francesco is the best, very friendly and welcoming! He provided us with all the information needed for a good stay. Would definitely return here!

A perfect base to explore Rome

The location was fantastic, it was surprisingly quiet being so close to the station. The house was perfect for us, spotlessly clean, all necessities provided, comfortable beds, wifi. Francesco was so kind, and extremely helpful when we needed some extra assistance! Rome is a crazy place but having this as a base was a huge blessing.

I can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like. Just personally we found it very hot at night, and the curtains were very thin but basically it was perfect. Thanks so much !

Perfect for a family holiday.

The host, Francesco, was really welcoming with information messages beforehand. We had a detailed guide to everything in the apartment and the local area on arrival. Clean, comfortable apartment with all the required facilities.

Excellent.

The apartment which was spotlessly clean was very bright and airy with plenty of room and many additional extras we had not expected such as tea and coffee. The decor was excellent with modern good quality IKEA furniture. We chose not to cook but everything was available had we chosen to do so. There was plenty of hot water and very efficient central heating. Francesco could not be more welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of information about the city which was much appreciated but we were unable to take it all in at the time a FACT sheet to compliment his advice would have been very helpful. The Wi-fi was excellent. The security locks on the apartment door were very good.

An additional armchair in the lounge would have been good but not essential.

Exceptional

Even though it takes only 2 minutes to walk from the apartment to Termini, the location seemed quiet and secure, lively and inviting. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), it has three spacious rooms plus kitchen, plus bathroom, plus a separate toilet, plus a balcony. It was very clean, kept in a meticulous state. Francesco (a true Roman, and delightfully proud of it!) was a most welcoming host who had thoughtfully compiled helpful, valid information to get around, including recommendations for diner.

The best choice in Rome :)

Everything was just perfect. Francesco is an amazing host and the apartment is really nice and most importantly clean. Location is great, less than 1 minute walk from Termini station. Thank you Francesco for the amazing service and for being so friendly. I'm sure I will be back soon :)
