Good location , friendly staff and clean room

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and considerate. Good location, not very far from the airport and was near to the venue to my meeting.

Abit overpriced, too many mosquitoes and no mosquito net. Bed was very hard. Water takes too long to warm up. Consider having a coffee maker or water kettle in the rooms.

뜨거운 물이 10분 이상 기다려야 나온다. 토스트를 주는데 버터가 없다. 아침식사가 형편없다. 공항 셔틀이 무료라는 점이 그나마 다행.

Exceptional experience and well mannered staff

The room was spacious, and very comfy beds. The breakfast was okay, depending on what you chose. Overall, the Residence is a clean hotel.

That the hotel does not have a restaurant and every time you need lunch or dinner you have to order out.

Descent choice

For breakfast you have a choice of various delicious options. The personnel was polite. The room was big (approx. 35m2) and this is the reason I selected the specific hotel, since I'd stay long time.

The Hotel needs renovation. There is no heating, as in many hotels in Addis Ababa due to the weather conditions. Thus, during night time with 12 degrees Celsius anybody would be cold. The electric sockets were all destroyed. Cleaning of the used cups of the room wasn't the expected (no use of soap - just water!!!). The shower wasn't functioning properly - no problems with hot water.

Like the place, it's comfortable

The breakfast could have been improved. A full English breakfast had half a sausage, very little portion of beans and eggs. No shower curtain in the bathroom

The room is big and comfortable

We arrived from a long flight and about 8:30 pm when we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water at all... only the cold one... and it did not came back until next day. The street where the hotel is located is not a principal one and is not pavimented.

One of the better places to stay in Ethiopia

Good location, friendly, helpful and good day-time staff who spoke English on a decent to good level. Service in restaurant was good (both day-time and evening shift). They arranged and payed for a taxi to drop us off at the airport when they're own driver couldn't take us there.

2 out of 3 payment machines didn't work. Instead of trying the third one, they called the manager who proposed to give them our credit card details (really?) or to take out cash (not an option, since it was late at night and it was our last night in Ethiopia). I ended up taking the third machine from their desk and trying it out. It worked...
