The hotel needs to up its game.

Location. Friendly staff and big rooms. Availability of airport shuttle.

The room Didn't have either AC or a fan. It was warm, and without ventilation it was hard getting to sleep. The hotel missed sending me my airport pick up and I had to get a taxi. Besides, no one picked up the phone when I tried to ring them up.

Very good

The property was clean and the staff were nice. I was a solo traveler so I felt safe in the hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty too. The place provides good value for money.

The room was great and the bed quite comfortable. The meals for passengers on Ethiopian Air were satisfactory. Dinner was far better than the breakfast.

I could not find breakfast for the Ethiopian airlines passengers and was given incorrect/unclear directions from the staff. They should ask if the person is a passenger and then direct them to the correct building and location.

Ideal hotel for your great comfort and value for money

The hotel location (Meskel Flower area, Kirkos) is good and they could serve vegetarian food based on some discussion and understanding. What I liked was that you can drink a cup of fresh coffee and even watch preparing it after entering into this hotel. A fresh breath of aroma will refresh you while drinking the coffee. Coffee with some popcorns.....wow enjoyed it.

Generally there was nothing like you expect and you don't get it. But OK, this hotel is not for swimming pool lovers. One can use the Gym at 10th floor for changing mood and maintain health.

Pleasant staff, but everything is let down by the lack of hot water.

This hotel has many positives. the staff are pleasant and always keen to help. I liked the lobby cafe/bar area which is tidy and open. The Olympia lounge on 11th floor has good views, but is often not open. The bedroom was clean and smart.

Other reviews have said this, and guests who I had met before - there is rarely any hot water. The staff try to put a brave face on it by saying there are issues with the water heater, but it is simply not good enough. I stayed for 7 days and on only 2 of those was there any hot water - and even then it was necessary to try it every hour to see if it was warm enough to grab a quick shower. The breakfasts were good but because the hotel is used as overnight layovers the restaurant is swamped by 0630 and everything eaten before other guests arrive. this necessitates a wait for replenishment. sometimes a long wait - but as I say, the restaurant staff do try very hard. As for the restaurant, it is open very long hours and has a wide menu. The layover customers also arrive quite late and start filling rooms, very loudly at midnight. They then depart, very loudly at 0600. It might be better to separate layoff rooms from other customers.

It was a pleasant stay and wouldn't mind do it again

I love the room, very roomie, I also like the arrangement in the room and the location. Staff and services were great.

The Jacuzzi didn't work and I feel like they should be a discount for that because that was the main reason I rent that place.

Front office manager was very nice,the kind of guy you would want to run the show in any hotel.

well it will be unfair to comment in full as this is used as a quarantine center and transit hotel so there would be gaps for example they would not clean the room or pick up garbage which is understandably so under the circumstances. should be a very nice place to stay under normal circumstances.

housekeeping but again as a quarantine center who would want to risk.
