Very noisy, avoid the patio apartment

Good location, giant television, full size washing machine and dryer

We slept very poorly because of the noise. We had an apartment with patio: the bedrooms are at the patio with flimsy doors that do not insulate sound. We could hear everything from the neighbors. It is right in the party district, so people came home very late and woke us up. After a few bad nights, we decided to leave early and just book another hotel.

Superb

The dryer wasn't working, but they arranged to have the housekeeper do our laundry, so everything worked out well. The location is excellent for bars and restaurants, but it's a long uphill and downhill walk to and from the Metro, so be prepared to take Uber or taxis. They are very inexpensive.

best location in provenza, medellin. i will stay here again, i recommend.

i have stayed here multiple times. very helpful staff, great location, safe, walking distance from eateries.

can get noisy, due to other guests. does not have many amenities.

great location and staff make this a great choice for a short or long stay

the location is ideal for restaurants and nightlife. it feels like a farmhouse, the styling is very quaint.

the noise from the street was quite loud. it made work calls a little challenging, but if you’re sensitive to noise it might be problematic

Great location and size but very loud.

The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions. The size of the apartment was enormous. Private access was really nice.

The noise. Through the column in the middle of the apartment, I could hear everything in the apartment above me. Even normal voice conversation echoed through through the property. At one point I thought someone is actually in the kitchen in my property. Very annoying and unsettling.

nice location and nice looking place, hard bed and electricity issues causes me not to want to stay again.

location and layout of the unit was great

the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. the electricity to the unit kept going out when taking a shower.. enough that some compensation should be offered out a complete refund

I would recommend this apartment to all my friends

Very unique apartments. Always clean and well maintained. Very responsive staff. Close to many fine restaurants and a corner store “Éxito”

Live in a castle

Great location, good wifi, smart tv, plenty of space, a/c, good water pressure, hot water, washer, dryer, nice and caring staff and ownership. Nice kitchen and basic amenities, i renewed several times within 2 months. i would recommend to others.

Only negative is the sound carries from the other units.

Apartment Attico, great first experience in Medellin

Location is fantastic. Staff is warm and welcoming. Great communication before, during, and after the trip. The house rules are reasonable and clear. We were two couples who stayed in the Attico apartment and it was enough room for us (we ate all of our meals out so did not use the kitchen.)

No complaints about the property or staff. As other reviews have mentioned, the area can be a little noisy at night even though Casa Del Reloj is at a quieter end of the street. On one night of our stay I needed the earplugs that Casa Del Reloj provided on our nightstand but did not feel inconvenienced.

Perfect location and a very well taken care of apartment.

Great staff - very friendly and communicative. Jardin was an awesome apartment with comfortable beds and a nice view.

Not a ton of light, but that's pretty nickpicky. Everything about the place was really nice.
