All in all, a good value for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was good. The apartment had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, both of which turned out to be very useful. Separate room for the sofa bed turned out to be great. Very nice to have an elevator to get to our second floor room.

Sofa bed mattress was quite lumpy.

perfect spot for a family!

spacious suite for a family of 5. beautiful location overlooking the canal. a bit of a walk to the center but the benefits were that it was quiet. also nice to have a kitchen. we went to the local grocery store to buy breakfast items. staff were very helpful.

Nice and quiet, nice view, coffee available in the reception for free. Good location - walkable to centre in 20 mins

The sink was located in the shower room, none in toilet. In room 007, noisy pipes when toilet was flushed and in the shower. Drains smelled slightly downstairs.

The unit is comfy, clean and spacious with great hospitality from the staff.

perhaps to consider to improve air ventilation for the twin sharing bed room. currently the room has no windows at all.

Super-kind staffs at Yays, and every equipment is perfect, and maintained beautiful. You can take both a bus and subway to reach this hotel, and only 2 bus stops from the central station. We really enjoyed the peaceful 5 day stay with 2 kids.

The lift was out of order, but the staff kindly helped us to lift everything to our room, and it's not problematic at all.

Nice. place. Excellent staff. Quiet .nice view. There are no toasters. (Maybe because of fire alarms?) So I discovered frying crumpets. Delicious. Comfortable bed and very good bedding..

With children, it was convenient to use the kitchen in the room to heat up meals and to sleep on the sofa bed, which has a large area.

Good place to stay for a while if you don't want to gou out eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The location was perfect for our requirements. The Apartment was comfortable and well furnished. Everything in the kitchen was working very well (but a bit of advice from the staff was needed to understand how it worked... :-) ) We had a beautiful view on the canal. Staff at the concierge was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

The only little problem was on our depart: when we asked the reception for a taxi to the Central station we had a private car witout taxi sign, and without taxi meter. We had to pay for the short ride what asked, even if we thought it was quite expensive. Our fault: we should have asked in advance. But a suggestion to the hotel: when booking a taxi for a customer, always ask for a regular taxi with regular meter to avoid disappointments...
