We had somewhere to stay it was mid

The bathroom door the lock kept falling off, we weren’t given a remote for the tv and were told it would be sorted tomorrow but never was, the hairdryer that was in the room started sparking when it was used, when they were told they just said they’d replace it tomorrow but never did, the bathroom floor was stained from a leak from the sink this was the same in my fathers room 11 am check out someone walked in on top of me naked at 11:10 as I woke up late I proceeded to offer to pay for late checkout or for any inconvenience but was told no and to be out by 12.

A good location and good setup for family stay, in need of some TLC

Good location. Family room was very spacious with a great view

Hallways and communal areas felt very tired and dated. In need of a refresh.

We got into Amsterdam early but no early check in available. Breakfast too expensive so we skipped

Er war gut und wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Lage war wirklich super und das Zimmer war groß und geräumig.

Es war zwar ein Doppelbett, aber mit zwei Matratzen, was wir nicht so toll fanden. Der Flur sah eher uneinladend und dreckig aus. Und es wäre ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer schön gewesen.

Séjour dans la ville d'Amsterdam agréable. Séjour dans l'hôtel, passable.

La taille de la chambre était convenable.

La moquette était sale. Il y a beaucoup de bruit dans les parties communes. Il y a aussi des odeurs persistantes de marijuana provenant des autres chambres.

Amsterdan me encanto y con el hotel que escogí en tres días me dio tiempo a ver todo.

La ubicación es excelente estas en el centro y cerca de todo, bien caminando o con el transporte publico. Excelente ambiente. El personal del hotel muy amable.

It was expensive for being just okay

Centrally located. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful receptionist

It was run down and kind of dingy. TV remote didn’t work, safe in room didn’t work. Room service did less than the bare minimum.

Property is in a good location and easily accessible.

While out on the weekend I had a very expensive coat taken from my room. Staff weren’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care once the issue was raised with them. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen to any other guests.

Good location, polite staff, but no air conditioning in the room

Ideal location. Clean. Very good sound isolation (wide walls). Free coffee, tea at the lobby. Breakfast was good, excellent capucino. Very polite staff.

In warm summer days in the room was very hot, no air conditioning, only small cooling fan. Windows are old (historical building) and could be open only partly.

Old room at the ground floor was under my expectations for the money the hotel cost. Noisy fan in the toilet. Can't open a window since it's to the hallway.

Our visit was to see the Anne Frank house which is a 10 minute walk so the location was great. The breakast was good.

The hotel is Clean, Comfortable and only a stones throw from the centre of Amsterdam, less than a 5 minute walk.

clean modern bedrooms exactly how pictured and described no trickery beds very comfortable also.

the key to the room took quite a few attempts to scan on each entry
