Amazing Accommodating Experience

The staff are amazing from saying good morning to doing a amazing job around the place. The cleaners work super hard to proved the best job possible. just a wonderfully accommodating place. Just to give just 1 example of the thoughtfulness of the workers they have come to clean our room and saw my dirty clothes pile ready to take to the washers on the ground in bathroom they have gone out and got a basket for me to be able to do my clothes.

The lady at reception was awesome The walnut bed head reminded me of our childhood

The bed was a bit hard. Maybe a topper on top would make it perfect

I’ll stay elsewhere next time

Wi fi good

Shower missing glass . Shower head leaked every where . All Finn’s on aircon Brocken off . Towel rail fell off the wall . Pool covered in leaves and did not swim . Needs attention room 27

,reception have a cigarette smell, given key to a room not cleaned , returned key for a clean room , room smelt a bit musky

big spacious rooms and Sherie couldn't have been more lovely / helpful. big spacious bench space, beds comfortable.

a large spacious room with plenty of space

the room was musty and not well appointed as there was only a few bits of cutlery and crockery in the room

Great value pet friendly room

Big room and it was really clean with excellent water pressure in the shower! It was surprisingly very quiet, couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. Lots of room for our two dogs to lay around inside, and good bench space for making coffees and sandwiches. Plus the aircon was on when we arrived so we were instantly comfortable!

The bed was smaller than we are used to but wasn't uncomfortable

surprising how nice the rooms are, very spacious. great to have a small kitchenette.

staff couldn’t provide the internet password. the outside needs a sweep and weed.

Spacious rooms with tasteful decor

Beautifully furnished large rooms with great facilities. Bathtub was a nice addition.

Not the best location (some odd people around) but on the main road so easy to access.

As usual not long enough..

Can see the improvements in renovations, carpark lighting. My biggest surprise was the quality of meal which was full of flavour and freshness. Staff that prepared to go out of their way. Will continue to be my preferred place of accommodation in the Isa.

Maybe the positioning of hand rail in the bathroom..

Not happy need to upgrade ctv camera or gate so ppl can't just walk in afterhours

Had trailer full of motor bikes and gear had 2 guys 16 to 19 years old try to steal a bike and gear of the back at 11pm but wasn't expecting a woman to chase them off noone came out after yelling they won't going to leave tell I grab a hammer out tool box when booking in was told safe place umm don't think so....
