Nous aimerions revenir pour un séjour plus long dans cette maison.

L'accueil, les conseils et le plan pour les visites des mosaïques, le service du petit déjeuner, le parking dans le jardin de la villa, la surface et le mobilier de la chambre, la salle de bain et sa douche XXL, le calme. En un mot je me suis senti bien dans cette maison.

Breakfast and location was great. The staff really helped us. They were just wonderful . They even helped us get to our next location by walked us right on to the train we needed to Ravenna. Beautiful property.

Would recommend!

We changed our plans 1 day before our trip from Lago di Como to Ravenna and it was the best choice ever. Villa Noctis was amazing. Great staff, amazing service and perfect location. You are at the center of the city and only 20 minutes away from the beach. Definitely a big recommendation!

A stone away from wonder

The host was extremely helpful, starting from the parking to explaining how to visit town (providing a map with a thorough explanation about sightseeing tickets and restaurants offering discounts)

Home away from home, with hosts that go out of their way to make your stay fantastic!

A family run villa, our fabulous experience started from the great commutation, followed by parking our car and bringing out luggage to our gorgeous room. Michele and Maximilian couldn’t do enough for us…so friendly and helpful. This property is a real gem! Don’t hesitate to book it….you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding genuine Italian experience with a very personal touch, would definitely stay again.

We arrived much earlier than expected for a two night stay but we were still made to feel very welcome and permitted to check in early. We even scored an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was a great spot to come back to after dinner for a coffee and glass of wine. The room was very clean and very comfortable, as was the bed. The location was very quiet but still only a short walk to the main shopping/dining areas.

Nothing, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed a very genuine Italian experience.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Charming surroundings, many places to sit and read and enjoy the surroundings.

We picked the perfect place.

The location was perfect to everything. We took a taxi from the train station but it was only a 10 minute walk. The staff goes above and beyond to help in any way. I would stay here again and would visit their other lodging in Southern Italy.

I can’t think of one thing that could have been done better.

Fabulous place, spotlessly clean with lovely friendly and professional people. The room was bright with a massive and very comfortable bed. Discounted breakfast only steps away in a bakery with cakes from heaven and happy staff. We honestly can not say anything negative about our stay and genuinely look forward to coming back.

The big three plus parking

It has the big three: location, comfort, and service, plus secure off-street parking. Michele will even park your car for you. It’s within easy walking distance to all the important sites. There is no lift. The room had air conditioning. Ravenna is an interesting and pleasant city. The tourist information office organizes good walking tours.

person who checked us in was extremely helpful! carried large luggage to our room (no elevators) and recommended restaurants nearby. He also offered to drive us to our cruise boat 20 minutes away!

The place surpassed every expectation. This is a special place, especially at the price!

This was an exceptional find! comfortable, quaint, a great value and in a great location. A huge plus was the extremely welcoming host family. I highly recommend this place and definitely would return.

An amazing venue just in the city centre of Ravenna, still within reach by car (inner parking place avaiable). The faimly staff is professional, friendly and respectful of the guest's privacy. The villa is quiet and furnished with taste and clean, and all the city monuments are at walkable distance. You can also rent a bike (no tariff added). You'll want to come again as soon as possibile.

A great place to explore Ravenna from.

An excellent property with large well equipped and comfortable rooms., We even had a rooftop balcony off our main room. Location is excellent within easy walking distance to main attractions and shopping/restaurant precincts.

Didn't realise the parking attracted a "tax" which meant an extra 40 euros for a 3 day stay. Also the rate as advertised by Booking.com was slightly different - more expensive.

Thanks to Villa Noctis, we had a great day of sightseeing in Ravenna.

A quiet and clean centrally located room with helpful host and staff. Bicycles were provided at no extra charge, which mad getting around the various historical sites very easy.

Great! Perfect location in Ravenna.

Our stay in Villa Noctis was great, it’s a shame that we only stayed for one night. We particularly loved that there was on-site parking available, all of the sights were within walking distance and we were greeted with a personalized check-in and given recommendations for our stay.
