Une très bonne adresse

L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel, ce supplément d'âme parce que c'est un ancien palazzo et l'emplacement est juste extraordinaire pour visiter les hauts lieux de Ravenne.

La vétusté relative des installations, une chambre minuscule avec une salle de bain microscopique. Un personnel varié, certains parfaits, d'autres peu avenants et pas très motivés.

Ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren de Ravenna. Para tomar cruceros está perfecto.

Davvero una bella vacanza vissuta in una splendida città

Struttura d'altri tempi. Estreme cortesia e gentilezza di tutto il personale, a partire dalle ragazze della recpetion, ottima colazione con tovaglie in tessuto e bianchissime, fascino del palazzo antico con annessi cortile/giardino interno e cappella, ampie hall con divani e gradevole musica in sottofondo . Ottima posizione e facilità di parcheggio.

Perfect location; next to the pedestrianised city center. Parking space on the ground. Good breakfast. Beautiful house with lovely lounges

Great price and a great value! We loved our stay. It was close to town and train station. Plus it included a nice breakfast in the morning. Absolute great value!

Wonderful with some bumps

Excellent location, beautifully maintained

The older man at breakfast was most unfriendly, never a smile or response to ciao or Buongiorno. He was rude and was the exception to an otherwise very welcoming and hard working staff. The air conditioning did not work in our room despite help from the housekeeping staff. Terrible when the outside temperature was around 30C. The building itself is well maintained and beautiful and the location is central to all of the important sights of Ravenna

Fabulous.

Wonderful ambience of an elegant palazzo convenient for both the railway station and Centro Storico. We stayed here during the July 2023 heatwave and could not have been more comfortable in both the 17 m2 room and the fabulous public rooms. Due to a transient power cut in the local area the air conditioning malfunctioned on one night. This meant the room was slightly warmer, but not uncomfortably so. We were spontaneously given a 15% discount, which I thought was very generous. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent and sumptuous breakfast.

This hotel is awesome. Staff is extremely kind and Imma at the front desk was very kind to us, she let us gather together as a small group for my brother’s graduation in a private room! Francesco was the one who made our breakfast very enjoyable and relaxing, he took very good care of us. Strongly recommended!

In general, it was perfect for a one night stay. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful.

The breakfast selection was much wider than usual in Italy. We asked for gluten-free pastry in advance and they provided some. Candies and bonbons placed all over the place. Internal parking lot was provided instead of a parking voucher for the street.

The gluten free pastry was not very good. In Italy, there is a much wider variety of GF products than this.

Wonderful stay with everything you need.

I had never been to the town of Ravenna so I had no idea what to expect. The hotel was once a grand house. The entry is beautiful, staff is excellent. Facilities are very clean and the rooms simple yet elegant. The room reminded me of old New York City if you stayed in the Village in the 1960’s , cool , simple and chic. The linens and the pillows are some of the best I’ve slept in on this journey. I thought my room was dark at first and found behind the curtains shutters where closed. I opened them to find I overlooked the courtyard and the sun steamed into my room. I took a glorious nap to birds singing. I loved that the most about the room. The water pressure was great and modern.

Easy check in, great location. Just across the street from San Apollinaire Nuovo, where we purchased our tickets for museums. Good breakfast, responsive and welcoming reception. The "small double" room was as big as any hotel room in Manhattan. Recommended.

Maybe the room, specially bathroom could be a bit larger.
