Amazing location, large rooms and air conditioner in every room! Great value for large groups and families as well

Elevator is small (as expected in Rome) so getting your luggage up may take a few round trips and gymnastics to open and close the elevator doors.

Location for apartment great

Location a big apartment with 4 bedrooms and a lift .. host was easy & accomodating .. and supmarket 100 meters down .. great for families or sharing with friends

Not enough lighting in kitchen but dark we found tha apartment and the 6 bins to seperate all the rubbish confused us & need more teatowels

Perfect location, close to metro, cafes and restaurants. Clean and comfortable and very spacious

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Perfect location with café directly opposite and supermarket 50m away. Host Angelo was very accommodating and answered every request very promptly. He even organised transport for us from the airport.

Wonderful apartment in central Rome

Highly recommend this really spacious apartment in a fantastic location in central Rome. Comfortable, clean and convenient to numerous attractions. Angelo was a pleasure to deal with - always responded promptly - and we really appreciated his help with arranging cab to airport. Would love to stay again!

Best stay in Rome yet!

Wonderful central location, very clean and spacious location. Owner was helpful in allowing us to check in early and allow us to place our bags in the apartment. Fantastic restaurant catty-corner to the Apartment Entrance and below street level. A very nice Trattoria straight across as well. Easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Location, location, location, clean and large.

Location was as perfect as it could get. Right off the main shopping area on a quiet street with multiple restaurants and corner store within steps. Home was very clean and host was lovely at arranging everything and suggesting restaurants etc. Although we only used it a few times, it was nice to have an elevator available. Everything was very clean and well set up.

Minor issue with supplies in the kitchen. Not enough to decrease rank from 10.

Exceptional

The place is located near to Spanish Steps and about 25min walk away from Colosseo. You can get to everywhere you want with metro or bus. Some km away is also a big water park for friendly prices. Arround the flat there is cafe by cafe. When we arrived the host welcomed us, told about house rules. There was a problem with conditioner, it was leaking water. Angelo immediately fixed the problem.

Cant say it was a big problem, but flat looked a bit dark, would wanted more lights or sunlight.

The apartment was very central to the tourist sights. The minute you open the front door you know you are in Rome, on a narrow cobblestone street with restaurants , cafes, shops and supermarket it has everything.

Excellent location, 2 min walk to the Spanish steps, 10 min walk to Di Trevi. Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea and spreads were a nice touch.

Excellent choice in a fabulous location.

The property is extremely spacious , bright and comfortable and located in a lovely side street just minutes from the Spanish Steps. Located on the third floor of a tastefully renovated property it combines modern living with old character. The host Angelo was extremely helpful , quick to answer queries and organised transportation from the airport. He contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The accommodation is within walking distance from the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and the main Piazzas. We did most of our sightseeing on foot with a few taxis when the legs got too tired. Rome is a fabulous city and so worth a visit and the Spanish Steps House will fulfill all your needs. Highly Recommended👏🏻👏🏻

Best place to stay in Rome!! Can't emphasize this enough! You'll love this place!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome. The apartment has a great location, close to the Spanish Steps. There are many restaurants close by, in addition to a great breakfast place right around the corner. The apartment is large, with 4 bedrooms. There is only a very small communal space/living room, which we never used, as we were gone the entire day. We usually just sat in the kitchen. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. Due to demonstrations the day of our arrival, the taxi wasn't able to drive us directly to the apartment. Angelo, our host, immediately walked and came to pick us up! He was also available by WhatsApp or phone the entire time. He arranged our transport from the airport and back, which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back, when we're next in Rome.

There were three of us trying to us the WiFi which was very slow for us. It does work though, just expect it to be a bit slow. The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is very tight though. There isn't a lot of space to move around in. This wasn't a problem for us though. The shower was big enough and the main bathroom is very big. The fact that the apartment is missing a proper living room may be negative for some, and the apartment doesn't get much natural light. But honestly, you're in Rome, you should be out and about all day anyway!!

Perfect find, perfect area

Traveling with three adult siblings and my brother in law. This apartment was perfect, well appointed, very clean. The photos on the app are 100% accurate to what we got. Spacious kitchen where we could have coffee every morning. Easy distance to Spagna metro. Area felt very safe at night; apartment was quiet. Host met us and explained everything. Would absolutely recommend.

Was not an issue for us, but lift is tiny (really used only for luggage) and apartment is three flights up.

Amazing stay in Eternal City

I loved the location of the property so close to everything. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Great large beds. Fantastic amenities. Brilliant WiFi and air con. Most especially I was impressed by the kindness and efficiency of our host Angelo. We were met by his parents who were most welcoming. I was so happy to be able to return to Rome and Angelo and his beautiful home made it a really memorable trip

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location

Really lovely and well appointed apartment in a fabulous location very near the Spanish Steps. Comfy beds, great kitchen and spotless throughout. Had a really great stay and Angelo was very helpful and friendly. would definitely comeback and stay here again. Loved it!

Wonderful location and comfortable spacious apartment

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities to make us feel at home. Angelo was a fantastic host, setting us up with everything to make us immediately comfortable and taking the time to demonstrate how to use the washing machine, WiFi etc. The location is in a very convenient walking distance to landmarks and good restaurants in nearby streets. Perfect stay for our family with a toddler and grandparents.

There are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment but there is also a small lift that will fit 2 persons or luggage (but not a pram). This may be a consideration for anyone mobility challenged otherwise once you get up to the apartment it is all comfortable!
