Lovely stay and very memorable experience.

Love the hotel room (got so lucky to be upgraded to ocean suite room), close to the beach & pool and able go see sunset from the hotel.

Fitness equipments can be added more.

Baustelle direkt vor Hotel . Am Strand waren dauernd Bagger! Dementsprechend Lärm. Besonders nervig dass Pools und allgemeiner Bereich von Touristen die nicht im Hotel wohnten geflutet war. Die mussten nur ein Wasser bestellen und sind den ganzen Tag geblieben. War null erholsam und unter Tags de facto nicht zu nutzen

Good hotel, some loud rooms and not enough pool chairs for number of guests

Good location, very central, good security also

Some rooms face Mrs sippy with poor sound proofing -moved rooms because of this. Also not enough day beds and a lot of people leaving towels on pool beds for hours empty and staff do not police.

Great place to stay

Loved the spa, layout of the hotel and room size. Great breakfast and pool side service

The only negative was that the taste and quality of the room service was not as good as I was hoping

Great amenities, breakfast buffet and location. Easy to walk to Seminyak strip and shopping center

Upon arrival no explanation of where amenities were, wifi password or tour through room to explain location of safe, phone or daily operations of hotel. Room service did take a while when ordering a non-alcoholic drink (approx 15 mins). Small things like that make a resort a 5 star resort. This should be a 4 star resort not 5. Can’t say this as a 5 start resort. A shuttle to the bottom of the driveway would have been good too. Potato head, the W and Legian all provide this service but Alila didn’t…prices shouldn’t be as high when the service isn’t there.

Amazing! Would recommend, perfect place for us to start our honeymoon in Bali.

Buffet breakfast 10/10 (Brownie was so die for!!) good vibe with a relaxing beach bar! Spectacular entrance and close to Mexicola & other great places!

Rooms were good but the better ones as seen in most of the pics are wayy more pricey.

Once we changed rooms it was fine.

It was right next to a club booming out music. So don’t have any rooms facing to the rear.

Amazing Quality many 5 stars well known international known hotel chains should learn from Alila.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel and Service. From arrival and ghe way of welcoming to the checkout Yana did absolutely amazing job. The Room, Cleaning,Comfort and Amazingly exceptional Breakfast.

The swimming pools and the view of the room is fantastic. Loves the breakfast and the pool bar also~ Lobby is breathtaking and comfortable as well.

Since it is well maintained, the facility is little bit old.

Amazing resort with amazing staff

All staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The resort itself is amazing with infinity pools and green gardens to walk through. The breakfast had a large variety of foods to suit all dietary requirements and sitting by next to the beach made dining a pleasure.

That we only stayed there for 3 nights.

We love the room and this hotel and will definitely go back.

We love the room which is a deluxe king ocean view. The decor and the balcony overlooking the sea were very nice. Our second favourite place is the adults only pool over Sea salt. Its a beautiful place to be calm and take in the view and even allows 25 m laps. I would recommend your staff at the poolside and the restaurant (where we had dinner). They are responsive, polite and work very hard to keep the guests comfortable.

My wife always complains about the makeup counter and the large mirror over the basins. The lighting is not adequate for accurate application of makeup. When it rains, the terrazo flooring in the balcony and the open air walkways can be slippery. I wonder if something can be done for the sake of elderly guests.

We loved Alila, it was a wonderful experience and stay. Couldn’t fault anything about it, the pools were amazing and such a fun place to stay as a young couple. Easy to get too and you feel very safe! A great holiday at Alila. The staff was amazing too!

Air conditioning noising took a day to fix and 2 hrs of staff in the room.. Loud music to 3am. Double billed for the stay, still waiting for credit.

Lovely hotel directly on beach with great staff who are very helpful and friendly

All staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms we large, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner and service at the bar on the beach was excellent - nothing was too much trouble.
