Cortesia indiana e ottimo soggiorno a due passi da una spiaggia da sogno

L'appartamento è ampio, ben arredato, accogliente. La cucina è attrezzata adeguatamente. Il terrazzo è grande e permette di vivere all'aperto comodamente. La signora Rani, proprietaria, è molto cortese e disponibile. Difronte al condominio c'è un comodo parcheggio, il supermercato è raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti e con una passegiata di 5 minuti si arriva alla splendida spiaggia di Trou. La strada privata assicura tranquillità.

Really nice stay at Trou Aux Biches. The modern villa with comfort apartments!

Good location, there are the supermarket, restaurants, the central beach, the pharmacy, the currency exchange, some shops all within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, bright and clean. We really enjoyed to stay there.

We had a superb stay!

It is in a very good location close to the supermarket and only a short walk to the beach. There are several very good, and affordable, restaurant in the neighborhood. The hosts was very friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipt.

We did not miss anything.

Fantastic owner, great location, comfortable accommodation

Villa Alexis has a perfect location in Trou Aux Biches, one ot the nicest beaches in Mauritius. The unit is part of a fairly new 6-unit complex, grocery store, restaurants and the sandy public beach is within a few steps. The owner's and his family's hospitality is incredible. Vincent responded to any request literally within minutes, he and his mother were taking really good care of me during my stay, he even offered me a drive from my previous accommodation in Balaclava to Trou Aux Biches. (Thank you so much for organizing by birthday bouquet of flowers from my partner from home! It was a wonderful surprise.) The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. Spacious, well equipped (washing machine, iron board, Netflix, plug adapters in every room, etc.), perfectly maintained. The kitchen has everything you need during a holiday. All the beds are super comfortable, mattresses in perfect condition. If you are looking for a comfortable accommodation in a great location in Trou Aux Biches, this is it.

It would be nice to have a comfortable sofa in the living room instead of the garden furniture. In sunny days that doesn't matter much, but on rainy days, when one spends more time indoors, it gets uncomfortable. The other thing I missed was a proper blind or drapes in the bedrooms to make it dark, as sunshine wakes one up early in the mornings. But hey, that should be the biggest problem in our life, shouldn't it. :)))) The dog in the next building barks quite a lot, but since it happens usually in daytime, doesn't matter much.

The villa is clean and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay.

Vincent contacted me soon after I made the reservation and provided a telephone contact and a location map in case my cab driver needed directions to the villa. The facility is well maintained and is in a quiet environment that is suitable for families. It is close to the beach, Popo supermarket and several restaurants. There are also taxis that operate close by, in case you may need one.

Home away from home

From the moment I made my booking, the owner Vincent was very responsive and helpful with airport transfer bookings, day trips and excursions. The apartment location was GREAT - less than 5 mins to the beach, eateries, supermarket and bus stops to Port Louis and grand Baie. Vincent took great care in furnishing the apartment and it was a home away from home for the next 11 nights. It was comfortable, safe and welcoming. Everything u need at home can be found in the apartment. It was great value for money. It’s 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😍.

Family atmosphere at Villa Alexis

Me and my friend had an incredible time at Mauritius. The welcoming atmosphere provided by Vincent and his family at Villa Alexis rounded up the superb experience. As soon as I booked the apartment via Booking.com, Vincent contacted me via Whatsapp to send me very useful information regarding excursions, supermarket, banks, diving centers, etc,... in the surroundings. Just upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger apartment with two bathrooms, which was quite a plus for two ladies ;-), and a huge terrace, where we had breakfast every morning. During our stay my friend had unfortunately an encounter with a sea urchin and Vincent did not hesitate and took us in his car to the nearest hospital. One evening we were even invited by Vincent's mother to have dinner with them. This way we had also the chance to taste food cooked the local way! Villa Alexis is very well located only 5 minutes walk to the long and extraordinarily beautiful beach of Trou-aux-Biches and even nearer to the supermarket Chez Popo, where you can find all the groceries you need. Thanks to Vincent and his famliy for making our experience unforgettable.

The host lady was very friendly and even cooked us a traditional Mauritian dinner once!

The location was good in the sense of being very near to the beach and the supermarket, but the neighboring pieces of land were unkempt

Nice people renting great accomodation

Great place with public beach and supermarket nearby. Everything was so close that I still cannot believe how lucky we were to find this place. Thanks for having us there.
