there are a lot of lizards and bathrooms too much water in the floor.. the food not meet stander of five stars resort.

Very good.

We enjoyed the hotel, the rooms and the food was excellent. The service was superb.

1. We would prefer that the toothpicks for which we asked at each meal, are preferably those that are purchased wrapped and sealed. In a world of Covid and Pandemic, we believe that open toothpicks could lead to the spread of disease etc. 2. Our preference is that a doorbell at the entrance to our rooms, be installed. It is very difficult to hear knocking on the front door if we are on the patio. 3. My husband bumped his toe very badly on the small step leading from the eating patio into the main reception area. Since this is not a normal set of stairs, we believe that certain ''hazard'' tape methods should be affixed to the small side wall and top so as to highlight the fact that there is a step into the reception area. The same principle should apply to the stair leading from the reception area to the rooms. 4. The internal phone system is very confusing. We only discovered that we had to dial 8 for the operator the day before we left. The indicators printed at the top of the dialling patch (ie reception, room service etc) did not work when pressed.

Treated like VIP

Amazing staff, size of the rooms is outstanding, great for privacy and comfort

Stay at le Cardinal

The hotel was amazing for a five star hotel. I've stayed in 5 star hotels before and sometimes the staff can be uptight and arrogant, but the staff here were the complete opposite, they treated everyone the same. The location is perfect sat right on white sandy beaches in a secluded spot if you like tranquil. The rooms were so big and comfortable and were cleaned regularly.

The breakfast was OK but a little on the small side portions wise. Also you would have to request what you wanted to eat at breakfast instead of having every option such as crepes or pancakes and waffles spelt out for you to choose from.

Superb

A wonderful, intimate hotel. Perfect to rest in peace and quiet. You feel at home. All very helpful, nice and helpful. Typical French cuisine, very tasty.

Small cosy hotel with private service

Location, especially our room on top floor with magnificent terrazzo faced towards beach and see. Nice gentle service by table all day long, good and high class on the kitchen.

The facilities is not a 5 star hotel. For example, you need to use a really poor gym on the other side of the road. We didn’t get any information about spa, or see any in our hotel. We have a wonderful stay but the prices is to high for the living standard.

Superb

The location,food and the attitude of all the staff members towards it's customers.

The Hotel was all that we expected and more. The staff whent out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Great location, friendly staff, nice local food, beautiful beach, but sub standard rooms and service

Location is everything, it’s on the beach and it has its own private section and private beds etc. Food was good and waiters are attentive and friendly.

We requested well in advance to leave 2 days early due to a family emergency but they refused and still charged us half board plus full price for the penthouse for the 2 nights we didn’t even stay! Totally unreasonable. One restaurant and one menu only.
