Lille is a city of mixed facilities, there are glorious squares, and grim modern townscapes.

Very fine, excellent - even beautiful accommodation, with terrace, sauna, and whirlpool bath.

Toujours aussi satisfaite de cette établissement puisque cela fait 2 fois que l’on y vient….dinc je recommande les yeux

Nous aimons tous de cette établissement.

Difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement des télécommandes de la télévision. Un peu complexe malgré notre savoir pour la nouvelle technologie.

Agréable et reposant

La proximité avec le centre ville, l'équipement de la chambre est complet. Bien joué le coup de la télévision disponible avec le jaccuzi. Le sejour était très bien.

Au temps le bruit du jaccuzi pendant la nuit, on s'y habitue rapidement vu que c'est un bruit blanc. Au temps, le frigo pas du tout. Les nuits furent un peu compliquées a cause des bruits irréguliers.

Design of the place is beautiful, super clean and well equipped. Private jacuzzi and sauna with cozy balcony to cool down. Old school playing arcade machine was very funny :) Beds comfortable. Very nice stuff. Coffee and sandwiches for the morning. Really wonderful place :) we had a great time with my boyfriend.

That we couldn’t stay longer. We didn’t find anything bad :)

Best room in Lille

Everything in this room is perfect. Good sauna, good comfi beds, clean house and every tool you need in the kitchen. Also rooms are soundproof!

nice place to have a fun family time visiting Lille

very fun set up with jacuzzi and sauna in the middle of the flat. well located not far from the Grand Place.

No left but the highest floor is the third thus not an issue. Of course not suitable for reduced mobility individuals

Loved our time at AU 30 - friendly staff and a gorgeous apartment.

Our room was great - big bed, big TV, big shower & big jacuzzi bath! We loved the arcade machine and the lovely touches like robes and petals on our bed.

The air conditioning was a little noisy and the floor was a bit creaky

The only thing I can think of is that there was no airconditioning in the living room available (in the bedrooms there is). But still a 10/10 for us!

A convenient location with staff who are willing to go out of their way to be helpful.

Excellent staff; free upgrade to room with a spa and staff member willing to turn the equipment off (including a noisy fridge) when we asked so that our night wouldn’t be disturbed.

Bed slightly too firm but realise this is personal preference.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff. The place looks better in reality than in pictures, very spacious and comfortable. I recommend for a romantic get away. Stayed in for dinner as the place is very comfortable.

Good

Very friendly and practical welcome to receive the keys. Very well equipped room and bathroom and everything is very clean, new and in excellent condition.

3rd floor room on back side has no view and is quite dark, only 1 window looking at the back of a building, no balcony. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage via the stairs to 3rd floor. The ceiling on 3rd floor is rather low, making it feel much smaller. Location was less central than expected and at least 15 min walk to old city. There was no breakfast service available (closed due to pandemic) and no cafés nearby. It is not a hotel and also not an apart-hotel, as we had no kitchen facility for example. It feels more as a good AirBnB apt. Overall very good quality, but a bit overpriced, especially beause you can stay in old-city 4 start hotels at lower rates!

Fantastic Find! Great Stay!

These beautifully designed apartments are wonderful. Lots of effort has clearly gone into the design. Everything we needed. Franck the host was so helpful and welcoming.

Quirky design. Lots of added extras. Netflix. Well equipped. 10 minute walk to centre.

Superb

Beautiful property furnished to a high standard. Lots of little surprises and immaculately clean. Close to Eurostar and mainline stations. Within 10 minute walk of centre of Lille.

Late check-in 5-9pm if you arrive earlier by train although owner did bring forward to 4pm.
