Hôtel charmant en plein centre mais chambre absolument inconfortable !

Hôtel très bien situé et charmant en plein cœur de Lille. Atmosphère chaleureuse et personnel serviable.

Si l'hôtel lui même nous a satisfait, la chambre dont nous avons hérité était terriblement inconfortable. Dimensions minimum, à Paine la place de passer sur le bord du lit, un seul endroit possible pour ouvrir la valise, devant la porte d'entrée et de salle de bains (pas pratique du tout!). Mais le pire ce n'est pas ça c'est que la chambre est en mansarde. On circule debout sur la moitié de la chambre seulement, ce qui réduit encore le confort... Impossible de s'asseoir par exemple devant le petite bureau. Impossible d'accrocher un manteau nulle part. Et le pire c'est la salle de bains : je ne tenais pas debout dans la baignoire ! Et quand on est face au lavabo, la baignoire empiète de moitié sur le lavabo, on ne peut se tenir devant le lavabo que de travers. J'ai rarement connu une chambre plus inconfortable vraiment. C'est peut-être uniquement le cas de cette chambre là, mais dans le doute évitez les chambres au dernier étage !

Stupendo

Hotel veramente carino e confortevole in tipico stile fiammingo , ubicato nel cuore del vieux Lille. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni e i punti di interesse di una città vivace e con un centro storico bellissimo. Adiacente alla piazzetta antistante si trova un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento dove lasciare la macchina. Staff gentilissimo ed efficiente.

La stanza era un po’ piccolina ma estremamente confortevole.

Great location!

This hotel is all about the location! It is so easy to walk to anywhere in Lille city area from here and there are lots of lovely cafes nearby. We had a room over the bar however with the double glazed windows it was quiet and we slept well. Lovely clean modern bathroom!

The floors were filthy. Honestly, please clean them!? The carpet is old, stained and dirty and needs probably to be replaced. Also there was no tea making facilities, and.the poor staff down stairs were so overworked they could only manage to give us one very small pot of hot water (which was dirty and tasted like coffee...). New pillows were needed, however the bedding was clean. The owners of this hotel have a great opportunity to do it up a little and make sure the staffing is at a satisfactory level.

Beautiful little hotel where we will come back too.

Nice little boutique hotel with a beautiful ambiance. The de oration of the hotel and room was very nice and clean. The staff was well trained and helpful. The hotel was in the centrum of the city within the reach of all the import things.

There was no tea in the room. The toilet was a little bit cramped.

Lovely few days spent in a hotel that is centrally located with exceptional staff

The hotel is centrally located for everything - public transport, sightseeing, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. It is a very welcoming and pretty hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The room wasn't huge but perfect for a couple and the bathroom was a good size. There are many shops nearby as well as grocery shops. The train station is a 10 minute walk and we managed to fit in a day trip to Bruges whilst there. There is no parking at the hotel which is not too different to most city hotels but there is a public car park just a 2 min walk way - not cheap but very convenient.

A hotel that will leave anyone satisfied in the best location of Vieux Lille

Everything. We already miss our lovely room at de la Treille. The location was more than perfect, our view was breathtaking and our room was fully renovated and luxurious. We can't wait to stay again! Merci beaucoup!

Very good

Fabulous location. Comfortable bed. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Good check in and check out experience.

Not the hotels fault at all but the little square outside was very noisy all night on both nights during our mid-week stay which meant we didnt sleep too well.
