Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff at Goya are the nicest people you could ever meet. The food was very good. I wish I could take those two things and move them to a better hotel.

I was very disappointed at the furniture in the room, especially for the price of the room. The sofa that was in the room smelled like urine and the overall room had a moldy smell to it. And I believe they knew this as the room had a dehumidifier and they had a diffuser on high to hide the smell. They did replace the sofa the next day. I would recommend that they use different furniture and rugs better suited for the climate there.

Stayed at Goya by myself for 8 nights and it was an amazing stay. Would stay again

Beaitiful and clean property. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable and bathroom is also very clean and nice. Pool and pool area were lovely and the staff we also very kind and accomodating.

I usually like a buffet breakfast but this only had ala carte (only criticism)

Liked it so much. Excellent stay for Honeymoon

Cleaniness and location were a 10/10. Also the staff was even better! Everyone was super polite. Also facilities were very good.

The fact that our pool was never able to be “seen” by the sun was a downside since the pool was always a bit cold. Also, the laundry service was not good.

Les piscines, la vue, la villa privée... tout est exceptionnel. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins.

Le SPA est en réalité une salle de massage sans fenêtre. Légère déception, je m'attendais à un grand espace ouvert.

Wonderful place and superb hotel

We loved everything in this hotel. The pool view was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and various. All staff was so kind and smily. It's a very relaxing place. The location was great. you have everything you need near by. Down town was 7 min walk.

Stunning resort

This property is simply amazing! From the delicious welcome drink to the huge rooms and bathrooms, to the most beautiful pool area we have seen so far in Bali and exceptional breakfast served there....everyone and everything is just perfect! The view from the pool is beautiful overlooking the lush forest. The breakfast selection is great. We loved the smoothie bowls and their coffee. You can find many small restaurants and boutique shops as well as coffee shops, just a few steps away from the resort. Definitely a must come back!

Perfect Ubud stay

We loved our stay at the Goya boutique hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant and gave a very personal service from our pick up at the airport to providing a take away breakfast when we left. The place is kept meticulously clean and the gardens were beautiful. We loved chilling round the pool and the food especially breakfast was delicious. We booked a couples massage too while there. The location was perfect near the bars and restaurants and walking distance to the monkey forest.

The place was perfect the only thing was that one of the pools and pool beds were not open due to maintenance but there was enough beds.

Very nice accommodation.

Location. Beautiful pool and rooms.

Service was slow especially check-in and drink service by the pool. There was a reluctance by staff to charge any meals or drinks to the room rather, they wanted payment at the end of the evening which was inconvenient. A lot of mosquitoes under the gazebos and in the villas. Had to request mosquito coils and spray (it wasn’t automatically available).

Amazing hotel with extraordinary friendly staff

One of the best hotels we‘ve been to. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and highly recommended service. Nice view from terrace and pool overlooking the forest and close to everything. The street of the hotel is the nicest one we experienced in Ubud, with cute boutiques, nice cafés and restaurants. I fell sick during a trip before Ubud and when I arrived I needed to spend most of the time in bed taking medicine, and the staff was really helpful and caring. Thanks again!

Gorgeous and excellent location

Incredibly beautiful setting, nestled in a fantastic location in Ubud. Walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and local spas (if you decide not to use the hotel's own spa. Delicious a la carte breakfast with options for every taste. Friendly service. Gorgeous villas.

I love the pool beautiful hotel

I asked for the flowers arrangement for my friend birthday at the pool and they spell her name wrong. they fixed it after but her reaction was not the same. I believe is a hotel that only care about the money they don’t try to help you with any request unless there is money involved.

Goya hotel has perfect location in Ubud.You can go to the center in 5 minutes. Excellent services very clean room ,Excellent breakfast, amazing view to the forest from the restaurant!Also very good spa massage services!We visit it again !!!

One of the most luxurious, serene and wonderful places in the heart of Jalan Bisma - just perfect!

Exceptional facilities - amazing breakfast, amazing pool, perfectly comfortable luxurious rooms

The wifi doesn't quite reach to the far corners of the pool deck, but it's a very minor issue.

Absolutely incredible, the food, service, accommodation and experience.

We loved the Goya. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed and I’ve travelled a lot overseas. The staff were warm and accommodating. Nothing was too much. The pool was exquisite and the food was delicious. We are so well. The chef even prepared bespoke meals for our 11 month old child.

There was some noise during the day from construction next door. But to be honest the entire experience was superb so we could cop a bit of noise.
