This place’s glory days as a resort are over

Spacious rooms, easy to book desert activity, clean. Daytime, there was a small minimarket beside the entrance (also separate from the hotel), where a water bottle had a decent price, compared to the hotel reception that charged twice as much.

Used to be a 5 star resort, now barely 3 star, new owner converted it to apartments and kept a small block for hotel business, breakfast is a small cafeteria, separate from the hotel, and had little to offer and was expensive. Mini jacuzzi didn’t work. There was a small “balcony” at ground level, just some small bushes, so it was easy to go out there, and the lock on that door didn’t work, so anyone could enter from outside (!).

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. Incompetent girl at the reception, Upon arrival they assigned us a room that still needed to be cleaned, they assigned us another one without writing it on their database, so that his colleague at the time cel cell out, didn't understand why we had another room and kept us for this reason inconvenience an hour We were missing planes They didn't even have the rest so they kept more, while if we didn't have enough they certainly wouldn't have let us stay

Nice hotel. Good staff and rooms were lovely spacious and modern.

Restaurant closes at 9:30pm and more facilities should be added.

If we ever come back to Marakesh we will definitly return here!

I loved the location, the rooms, the tidyness of the condo and the swimmingpool. My kids loved it, and we did not have the time to try the kids club but that also loooked fun! The location is very calm and secure, and the staff was nice too :)

Television in the room had no wifi, despite making a complaint about it at the desk it was not revolved.

The space - very spacious - plenty of room, the balcony was nice. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely

Good for this price

The rooms are really spacious. Staff were very polite and helped with everything. Food in the cafe is delicious! Nice, big territory. Pool is perfect for children. It has a little convenience store where you can always get water.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, which is ok I guess. The room was quite dirty. Closets and drawers were dusty inside. Stains on the wall. We travelled in May and it wasn't a season yet, so everything we were planning to do (kids zone, gym etc) was closed. We could only enjoy the pool.

Pool facilities dirty Staff behavior They gave me a list of check list of flat equipment to sign off with no chane to double check it behind them . Then we discover a missing cup but they asked us to pay it claiming it was there. But we explained that we came with kids to enjoy our stay not to focus on counting and checking huge list equipment. Finnally we paid total of 25MAD for cup

the pool was nice but if your going in a busy period it is not worth it

the cleaners only came once during my 5 day stay. my first room was dirty and then they changed our room after several times of going up and down. there is no phone in the room so you need to physically go down to the reception. there is only one place near the pool for snacks no proper food is available. the distance from the hotel to the center is 30 minute drive and there are no taxis in that area. I needed to complain and physically look for the cleaners around the hotel in order for them to come to my room.

there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms , no proper cleaning and maintenance. our rooms AC were not working and staff were so rude . specially their receptionist . there was too many ants in the room on the floor and kitchen

property was ok but for 6 people it was insufficient, toilet paper, towel,no water pressure and sometime not enough hot water even showere gel were low, you have to keek asking ☺️☺️

no microwave and in the middle of nowhere you need to take taxi everpyou go and they are expensive
