È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo Hotel e anche questa volta ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Ottima la posizione per visitare la città, stanza con vista città, pulitissima ed arredata con gusto ...lo staff gentile e disponibile . Comodo il servizio transfer per l'aeroporto. OBRIGADO !

Außer die Hellhöhrigkeit und das schlechte wlan gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, kann das Hotel empfehlen

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr sauberes Hotel und saubere Zimmer. Hat alles in allem einen eleganten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Die Wände waren leider so dünn, dass man alles gehöhrt hat was sich in den Nachbarzimmern und auf dem Flur angespielt hat. Das WLAN hat in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert und selbst in der Lobby war es nicht sehr schnell.

Muchas cosas que mejorar

El hotel está muy céntrico, la habitación está bien equipada y el baño es muy nuevo

Me alojaron en la planta 5 y hacia mucho calor, las vistas de la habitación daban a un muro desconchado con una puerta, las almohadas eran muy incómodas y había 2 calcetines sucios en el suelo de la habitación que no habían limpiado. Además el hotel tiene poca luz sobre todo los pasillos

Vale somente pela localização

A localização é fantástica , vale a pena so por este detalhe . tem restaurantes ao redor , cento e tudo que precisa com acesso a pé .

Achei um 4* decadente , velho , cheiro de mofo nos carpetes do corredor , TV com alguns canais em alemão nenhum em português nem inglês reclamei com a recepção que me disseram estar trocando de provedores . Café da manha nao incluso e o qual pagamos Euros 17.85 por pessoa sem ter nada de especial .

Perfect location to explore Lisbon!!

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable room (beds and pillows!). Very close to lots of public transport, attractions, restaurants and cafe/bars.

Small things - could have better storage in room - no drawer space, bar area was only open one night of our three night stay despite advertised happy hour, no drying facilities for towels - only one hook in bathroom, and no kettle/ other alternatives to coffee pods and no milk. All very minor but good to know!

Excellent location. Walking distance to city centre and public squares. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Literally spoilt for choice especially if you are into fish.

Being do close to centre you.might and occasional siren.

Great location Rooms very nice Clean 15 of us staying - very nice. Good for getting around helpful staff

Checkout is 12 latest. 11am someone walked into my room without knocking and I was just out the shower. Not fussed for me but could at least knock.,, Bar wasn’t open - the lady who runs the bar was on holiday apparently

Deceiving-choose better.

1. After the check-in another client found in the room. Mistake never seen. Nowhere. Desk promised to inform on the investigation and to consider a compensation. 2. Room changed for security reasons; the new one was a downgrade enen they sold it for an upgrade: sink drain doesn't work, air conditioning doesn't work, humidity marks on the wall. 3. Desk informed, nobody verified for 2 days until the end of stay. Nobody followed up the security problem. No any compensation proposed. 4. After insisting on all these points right before check-out, a free breakfast was proposed even though the check-out was for 5h in the morning and no one eats at 4h30!!! At least negotiated the transfer to the airport and difficult to understand how they accepted. 5. No family room. 6. Paid full prize, received a one-star service/comfort/hygiene. Good luck.

We had a great time here!

Location is great! Will not hesitate to stay here again since all we need are close by within walking distance. Room is nice even though there is no view on the window. Bathroom is also spacious. We didn't have breakfast at hotel because there are many coffee shops around.

The steps to go to the room is not a big deal, just something that's unusual for us.

The location, clean and safe.

The room was on the small side. The smallest of 4 rooms we stayed in during our trip in Portugal. Not enough space to deposit luggage, we had to improvise.

Flawless

Everything. Our stay was splendid from start to finish. I emphasize the excellence, professionalism and kindness of all the staff. All worked perfect. Lovely room, very good bed and pillows, amazing bathroom, toiletries, enough towels, room cleaned every day, taxi arranged. Breakfast was great with lots of choice from savory to sweet, every day we were very well taken care of. Very quiet at night, I slept excellent without ear plugs. It is in a perfect location, at walking distance to everywhere, easily accessible by public transport.

The ambient music in the room (only the modern Jazz style channel was heard well, personally I don't like Jazz) The television, a Smart TV would have been ideal. In any case, both music and TV are irrelevant issues for a good stay.

Sinply amazing.

amazing location and the nicest staff you could ask for. Rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of room for me and my partner. They were cleaned every day and even being close to the roads and the streets, you could barely hear a thing.

Only downside was the comfort of the pillows. Both my partner and I struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night due to the slight discomfort. However I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying again!!!
