Very good

Staff was friendly even with limited English skills. Cosy, old hotel

Carpeted floor. Hotel was a bit old. And private parking is small and we didn't fit

Satisfactory, if you aren't planning to stay in the hotel for long or just need a pit stop

Th room was spacious, the hotel was well placed in the town, the wifi was good. The choice of food in the bar was pretty good but we couldn't charge it to our room, which meant we had to go down with our wallets everytime we wanted to use the bar.

The breakfast was very poor, the staff at the reception were not welcoming at all, there was no choice of alternative diet for those allergic to gluten and dairy. The room though spacious, was cluttered with 5 beds to match our requirement. The sofa cum bed in the living room was broken and uncomfortable. The size of the TV didn't match the room size of the occupancy.

very poor breakfast but good coffee , ugly location and suspisious neighbourhood, missing couple light bulbs, very long distance to get to the room (kind of maze)

Spacious room. For a short stay hotel is good.

It was possible to hear music from weddings and from gambling bar. Breakfasts could have bigger choice of hot meals.

Nice large and clean room.

The restaurant is open only until 3 p.m. You can hear the music from the party or wedding in the basement all night.

wifi - no info about a password in the room, nobody at the hotel from the late afternoon, the room was not perfectly clean,

Not my best experience

Extremely friendly staff!

1. Our room was smelly, with old carpets, etc. The bathroom was sparkling clean though, so there should just change the floors. 2. There was a wedding party, so it was HORRIBLY loud the whole night, the stairs are squeaking with every step, we were not able to sleep. They shouldn't rent the hotel at the same time they have this kind of whole night huge party. 3. The breakfast is a pretty small variety.

Bad location and facilities

Staff and food were ok and it was clean

Location is out of town, serviced by bus into the city that runs once per hour, also there were NO facilities in the evening at the hotel, no bar, no room service no staff, I even had to check out (because I left poprad early due to boredom) at a time that suited the hotel as all the staff left at 8pm. Also there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel to keep you entertained either.

Comfortable rooms, staff could be better

Hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were spacious and comfortable

Staff could be better. Because of an early morning climbing trip i had requested an early breakfast in advance which was confirmed to me was possible (they would provide me the evening before with a breakfast packet). on the day of arrival i checked and confirmed with them again and they said they would bring to our room in the evening. At 21h still nothing arrived so i went down again after which was said they would bring in an instant only to find that at 22h they didn't bring and nobody was still present from the staff (reception and restaurant were closed off completely)

Nice hotel near Poprad

The service and food in the restaurant were really good. Aircon, private parking. The hotel is located in a historical building refurbished recently and looking great.

Some cake other than croissants for breakfast would make it perfect for me.

Good for overnightstay, not for longer one due to location.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Grandiously spacious bathroom. Obliging personnel.

Situated in the industrial part of the town. Check-in quite long. The rooms were not fresh aired before our arrival.

Great place for stay with children.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast needs some improvements, but in general good value for price paid. Very nice food in restaurant for dinner. Great idea with toys on the terrace restaurant if you travel with children. Service nice and polite. We will definitely stay there again with our next visit to Poprad.

New coffe machine for breakfast is a must.
