Ottimo!

A pochi passi al centro di Tropea (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) la struttura oltre ad essere pulita e funzionale, offre un ampio parcheggio al suo interno. Al nostro arrivo ci ha "accolto" il Sig. Antonio, una persona squisita, molto gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile che ci ha dato consigli su come muoverci nel centro di Tropea , sulle varie escursioni da fare e dove poter andare a mangiare!

Tutto Struttura con tutto NUOVO Tanto spazio per ogni stanza, anche in bagno E poi, l'accoglienza e serietà del titolare Antonio Addirittura ti consiglia i ristoranti migliori e ti organizza il giro per la città

Beh, noi viaggiatori vogliamo sempre il prezzo migliore. Ma, facendo una valutazione seria, il prezzo è nella media ma il servizio supera la concorrenza

Un alojamiento impresionante que no te puedes perdet

Un departamento impresionante, con amplio dormitorio, cocina-comedor plenamente equipada, un baño ultra lujoso, balcón, persianas eléctricas y un magnífico estacionamiento propio incluido en el precio. De lo mejor que encontré para estar en toda mi vida.

Nada puede ser mejor que este sitio para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones cerca del centro histórico de Tripea y de sus increíbles playas de arena con un mar turquesa que invita a nadar y a descansar.

Everything You Need to Feel at Home

These are beautiful, brand new apartments that are perfect for traveling. 👉Large refrigerator and freezer (3 drawers.) 👉Plenty of sockets near the bed for charging phones and other electronic devices. 👉Full kitchen and kitchenware. 👉 Beautiful decor 👉 Very helpful manager who helped book us last minute tickets for the boat tour. 👉 Room has a balcony with table and chairs to dine outside.. 👉 Parking on-site 👉Washing machine on-site and a drying rack and clothespins in the room.. It was the most comfortable apartment we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Calabria.

We liked everything. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk into town, and especially the walk back after having a dinner and tartufo! 😁

A lovely stay in Tropea

Everything in this apartment you could need for a stay in Tropea. Parking is an added bonus.

There was a bit too much noise from cleaning very early morning.

We planned our trip to Tropea well in advance, Residenza Arona was fully booked at that time. Two days before our trip,

We liked everything, special thanks to the owner of the apartment, Antonio, for making our vacation as comfortable and cozy as possible.

No disadvantages were found at all, there were no problems for this release at all. everything was incredible

A well priced room to use as a base when visiting Tropea

It was a reasonably easy walk to the historic center with the bars and restaurants, the room itself was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. The whole place was clean and the wifi was good. The water was hot for the shower and there was plenty of shower gel and soap. Free parking and a nice selection of plants surrounding the building made the outside pleasant.

There is a step in the bathroom that you had to remember when visiting at night.

Perfect Accomodation

Everything was perfect. clean, comfortable, beautiful area and Antonio was very helpful. he picked me up and dropped me off at the train station and was readily a available for everything I needed. Perfetto:)

Everything was very good at the residence...cleanliness, the host who gave us very good advice about everything, secure parking, everything.

The only thing we didn't like is that although it's not far from the historical centre, the road is a bit dangerous to go on foot...

the staff were very nice and gave us information about the place, some tips which we found useful to go around. the room was clean and comfortable, pillows a bit hard for us but otherwise, good breakfast and great location.

Great stay

Great place to stay in Tropea. Antonio was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There is car parking available and it’s a 10 min walk to Tropea’s Center.

Tropea Dream

Residenza Arena is a wonderful place to stay in Tropea. The kictchen has everything you need and the air conditioner is more than adequate in the summer. The location is very close to the town and the beach. If you need to know anything or need help with activities, Antonio will help you. This is our second time staying here and we hope for more in the future.

Was nice considering availability on Ferragosto 2022.

There was free parking available on-site. Bathroom was quite spacious. Late checkin without any problems.

Great little hotel in a great location!

Very friendly and helpful host. Accommodation is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the stunning old-town. We were able to machine-wash our clothes on site at no extra charge which was great. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thanks Antonio!

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, the accommodation met all of our expectations (and exceeded them in terms of the clothes washing!)

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen to whip up your own Italian dinner. Apartment complex is located a good 10-15 min walk from the city center and about another 10-15 to the beach. Car parking is right at the property and super convenient, also for instance to take the car to the beach.

Dated furniture, but very clean!

Best service you could expect anywhere

The owner was excellent. We decided to stay a 2nd night but he didn’t have space so he phone around his friends, found somewhere, got the price down for us & said we could leave our motorbike parked in his secure parking area if we needed to. Over & above what he could be expected to do.

This property is close to the center and port. We were very happy with our stay. The important things were all very good

The location was good, just a 2 minute drive to the center. Nice shower, good WiFi, good , firm bed. Ample parking space. The area is quiet.

Coordinates work better for the GPS than the street address. Everything else was very good.

It was a very pleasant stay. Antonio, the host, was very helpful and recommended a very good restaurant to us. The restaurant wasn’t too expensive, the price-quality ratio was very good. Antonio also gave us a city map and gave us some nice recommendations of things to do. It was an amazing experience!

If there was one remark we had it was that the showers were a bit on the small side but other than that everything was great
