Einmal und nie wieder

Blick aufs Meer. Das war es schon Reinigung im 7 Stock. Habe da 10 Tage verbracht

Neben dem Hotel das Hard Rock Hotel. Extremst laut. Vor Mitternacht bekommt man kein Auge zu. Hotel ist mehr auf Massentourismus ausgelegt. Überwiegend laute Chinesen die rund um die Uhr Türen knallen lassen und von einen Zimmer ins andere schreien. Reinigung im 5. Stock extrem schlecht. Das Zimmer wurde in 3 Tagen nicht einmal nass geputzt, Waschbecken wurde nicht geputzt. Personal beim Frühstück redet schlecht über Kunden. Sie Thai hat alles verstanden Wichtig sind private Gespräche und Handy. Der Pool ist nicht tief. War aber zuvor bekannt. Leiter und Umrandung lose. Verletzungsgefahr.

Nähe zum Strand Zimmerreinigung 7. Stock Reichhaltiges Frühstück

Starke Lärmbelastung bis Mitternacht vom Hard Rock Hotel Zimmerreinigung 5. Stock. In 4 Tagen wurde nicht einmal nass geputzt, Waschbecken wurde nicht gereinigt. Pool sollte renoviert werden Personal beim Frühstück lästert über Kunden und spuelt mit Handy. Super Eindruck. Hotel ist auf chinesische Massentouristen ausgelegt. Spürt man auch an der zum Teil nächtlichen Lärmbelastung. Türen knallen und schreien bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Ansonsten guter aufenthalt um Pattaya zu endecken.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. An der Beachroad. Nahe an der Partyzone. Hat alles was man braucht das Personal ist nett.

Das Hotel oder vileicht auch nur mein zimmer hat ein riesen problem mit der Klimaanlage. Sie kühlte nicht richtig. Sprang ständig zum Ventilator anstatt zu kühlen. Weiter ist die Klimaanlage an irgendeinem Punkt mit der Küche oder verbunden. Man konnte dass essen richen. Ich würde dringen die Klimaablage Warteen reinigen und die Rückhalte klappen kontrolliren! War nicht angenehm.

Everything is perfect. Location, cleanliness, staff, food all exceptional!

Right next door to the hard rock hotel. They play music ALL day and a live band at night. Very loud until pretty late. Sadly not much peace.

Painfully average, and not what I expected

Extremely over priced for what was given. Bed was old and the shower didn’t work properly. The company was dishonest about the pool and fitness center not working prior to booking my stay. Which they did not give a discount for (extremely frustrating, especially for a hotel that is both expensive and extremely middle of the line, compared to tiger hotels in the area)

Location, kindness and quiet (I know next to Hard Rock Hotel side of rooms are must noisy at evening) And doormen were very kind all of them and at the Pastry addiction.

The Closure of Swimming pool and Gym, very unluckily. But WiFi issues as many guests commented, it was one of the worst speeds I experienced at Thailand Hotel. Also, the TV signal was awful, so I couldn't watch nearly any channels.

Great hotel with nice rooms，staffs and breakfast。

The staffs are all very nice👍🏻Thebreakfast is great，they change sometime every day👍🏻The location is great，just opposite the sea and some rooms can have very good sea view。There are many shops around and you can slowly walk to Central World Pattaya with nice foodcourt（Pattaya Night Market just behind CWP，it has very good price compared to Bangkok。The famous 红姐餐厅for seafoodjust next to it）。Also can slowly walk to Pattaya Walking Street etc。Grab to Terminal21 etc also very cheap。

The pool and gym is small。They are located at Level 2。The pool water is very dirty，you can see it visually when under water。Me and my friends all have rashes after swimming there（no problem when swim in all other hotels on the trip）。By the way，Pattaya beach are very dirty with a lot of rubbish😂

It’s comfortable & clean.

Day before I asked for late checkout or if I can paid half day as my flight at evening time but the lady at reception told me that hotel fully booked which not right that’s forced me to booked a full night just for 3 hrs stay & when I did checkout the staff by reception were shocked why not ask for late checkout & not to pay full night which’s a big joke for me & they keep asking me which lady told you that bla bla bla.

Just one thing, the Wi-Fi is a bit patchy. Had to do some work in a few occasions and ended up using the hotspot from my mobile.

location was good apart from loud music at night from neighbouring bar(s).

in-house food, swimming pool, what appears to be complete lack of leadership from any level of management. staff visibly eating on shift and then handling customer food. awful experience. friends of mine who have stayed previously echoed how downhill it has gone in the past 6 months.

The best location, super friendly and clean.

location perfect. We a had corner balcony sea view room. Views were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. A lot to choose from. Staff were beautiful. A real asset to the hotel. Nothing is too much for them. we will stay again when we return to Pattaya.

A small moan is how noisy the hard rock hotel was next door. Whilst trying to relax on balcony children screaming and playing next door went on all day, and the bands/entertainment they offered of an evening were terrible! They go on until 23:00! A small moan. As overall we loved our stay in Pattaya.

Great hotel at a good price

property was clean, good location to shops/restaurants/bars and beach , we could not fault the staff , the helpfulness,great place except for being next door to Hard Rock Cafe

hotel next door is the Hard Rock Cafe and be prepared for loud v/loud music from 8am until 12 midnight , & Saturday pool parties where it seems they encourage kids to wild and scream as much as they can , honestly this is no exaggeration.

Overall a disappointment. The good - The stuff providing excellent service and the breakfast is very good The bad - The pool is very small and max 1 meter deep. The ugly - worst wifi ever, cheap mattress and the pillow don't provide any support. Great location,

A gem on Beach road!👌🏻enough to bring me back to Pattaya.

Mera Mara is a special hotel, in the perfect location on Beach road. The relaxed and professional atmosphere is welcoming and calming. The lobby and restaurants are kept to a high standard with friendly staff, all of whom are accommodating and kind.

Excellent location. Good sized clean rooms.good pool and gym. Opposite the beach. Great sunsets

Breakfast was very expensive. Sunbeds at pool do not lay flat which makes it difficult to get around the pool .poor internet in room but good on lobby and pool area
