Good old fashioned country hospitality

Warm and friendly country hospitality from the owner. Pretty view over the golf course. Spotless room and comfortable bed.

Warm comfortable room . Easy parking directly in front of our room.

Location very easy to find on main road. Walking distance to bowls club and hotel.

More lighting over the dining table and chairs.

Nice but not suitable for our needs

Close to restaurants , comfortable

Unfortunately due to my husbands size he was unable to use shower ( entrance to shower too small )- this was in the middle of a heat wave - thankfully he had his swimmers and went in pool but that also was very difficult to get in and out of - no rails

One of the very best country motels I have stayed in ,very clean and well presented,most importantly quiet ,when travelling from Brisbane to Melbourne,Coonabarabran country gardens motel will be my overnight in future

More than we expected or could have hoped for.

There is absolutely nothing like country hospitality. Having travelled from Sydney where everyone is in a rush 24 hours a day, where people would prefer to run you off the road, rather than waiting a few seconds. Best of all, no Peak Hours traffic to contend with.

There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Lack of fresh air. Doubtful clean plates and cutlery because guests were asked to wash up themselves - in a tiny bathroom basin.

The room was large and beds comfortable.

In our experience this basic motel was overpriced. Advertised with a dining room but it was closed on the day we were there. No reading lamp for the single bed.

Very enjoyable stay in a great town.

We rate Coonabarabran one of the most welcoming and traveller friendly regional towns in NSW. The Motel manager was very helpful in providing directions, maps and information of the town and the region. The room was generous in size, very clean, quiet, with basic amenities provided. Very comfortable bed [best we had on our travels through NSW] . Short walk to town, cafes, service stations and shops.

Room and adjoining bathroom is perhaps a little dated but was comfortable and provided excellent value at $140.00 a night.

Pleasant

Location was very central. Check-in was easy. Room was serviced daily. Comfortable bed. For $140/night that was good value for a holiday weekend. Great Chinese restaurant across the road.

No wifi. Bathroom - if you're a big person like me the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze particularly getting in and out of the shower.
