Kényelmes, megfelelő méretű lakás csendes, kertre néző erkéllyel

A szállás csendes helyen található, pihenésre alkalmas, kellemes terasszal, kilátással a kertre ahol még mókusokat is láttunk. Mi sajnos csak egy estét töltöttünk ebben a városban, későn érkeztünk, és másnap korán mentünk is, ezért nagyon nem tudtuk kihasználni a lehetőséget, de örültünk a csendes erkélynek, kényelmes ágynak.

Nem kifejezetten modern berendezés, a fürdőszoba pedig kifejezetten elvárás alatti volt. A lakás alagsori, kicsit dohos. Tükör egyetlen egy sem volt a lakásban, sem a fürdőben. A szállásadó kizárólag németül válaszolt minden kérdésre.

Lage, Lage, Lage, Parkplatz und für Stadt ruhig!

Die Wohnung punktet am Meisten mit der Lage und natürlich auch dem Parkplatz. Die Lage ist für Ljubljana echt super! 2 Minuten Gehweg und man ist direkt am Fluß an dem sich alles in der Stadt abspielt. Das haben wir sehr genossen und genutzt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ok, zweckmäßig, sauber. Die Wohnung und der Balkon der Wohnung gehen in den Innenhof der Apartmentanlage. Das macht es für Stadt ruhig und man hat wenig Lärm der Straße. Das ist toll.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr sehr übersichtlich und die teilweise in der Wohnung stehenden Möbel (Schreibtisch und Esstisch) sind nicht gut platziert und machen eher den Anschein, dass man noch was reinstellen wollte damit es voller aussieht. Das müsste aus unserer Sicht nicht sein und ist eher störend (vor allem der Schreibtisch). Aber das mag für andere wieder toll sein. Für uns war es eher störend (da weniger Platz).

Ottima posizione in centro di Lubiana e allo stesso tempo in una zona silenziosa. Comodissimo il parcheggio nello stesso stabile raggiungibile con l ascensore. Monolocale dotato di ogni comfort e ottima pulizia

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille partie de Ljubljana.

The room & service is unsatisfactory. Need to buck up if want to continue business.

Not easy to return keys for room as well as carpark. Their response is slow. Not recommended.

nice apartment great location and parking

Collection of keys was from a hostel round he corner. Parking was very secure and in the same building as the apartment. Someone showed us the parking and the apartment in person which made it easier. Nice large clean apartment. Location is great. Washing machine wasn't working but the hostel did our laundry free of charge so it wasn't a problem.

Perfect parking

Appartment is in the center of the city. Parking is an underground garage which is perfect. Romm was comfortable and nice. Hosts are very nice and helpfull.. I would come again to spend some days here.

- close to the main sights and the old city (by walk) - the area is surrounded by stores and restaurants - free parking with the room which is really not obvious in the city! - very clean - great shower

Apartment was really nice, sunny balcony, very close to everything, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and old town. Easy to collect keys from the hostel, literally only two mins walk away.

Excellent central position. Very easy access to the underground parking. I truly liked both the apartment, with a cozy terrace, and the whole buildings.

Easy to get to, great parking if you have a car. Close to everything

the location was perfect. check in was easy, staff at the hostel were great. there is also laundry service for a great price

the only negative is that the AC worked only okay. room got cooled a bit, not sure how it would be in August.

Location is perfect - 2 mins walk from main attractions. Free parking is extremely valuable in a city where parking is a problem.

No breakfast. Picking up the key from a different location was OK.

This flat has a great location and parking included. If that's not what you need - look elsewhere.

The location is superb! The in-building garage is very helpful. Wifi is 10/10. Our host was very pleasant and helpful in showing us around the flat and garage.

After booking the flat I sent an email to the owner asking for the details regarding arrival and takeover of the keys. I got no reply. After we arrived at the location I sent them an SMS and again - didn't get a reply. I had to call them in order for them to come to the location and let us into the flat. Not cool. Please be more responsive in the future. As far as the flat itself, the furniture is a bit worn out, you could easily and cheaply mend that and the flat would leave a much better impression. Also, get the office table and the office chair out of the flat, they are taking up space and do not do the flat a favor. Your flat could be awesome but it isn't at the moment.

Very close to city centre and main tourist attractions.

Bed wasn't very comfy. Windows shades are not good enough to make a room dark in the morning.
