Great option when coming to suchitoto

Bed, bed sheets, friendly stuff. Best service , Reynaldo at the front office anf laundry service people. Restaurant workers were great. Everyone was lovely

Humid bathroom/needs more ventilation during hot days, but thats not a negative is a suggestion.

Great hotel and hospitality- I could recommend to anyone who wants to experience the traditional traditional Salvadorean

Staff are very friendly and attentive to detail, they are always asking if you need something, great service and good value. Their food is great too.

I liked everything but I think the hotel could benefit from having some bilingual people to help foreigners feel better, like at home.

We are going back again.

The place is beautiful and quiet. The staff is really amazing, specially the man in charge of parking, he doesn't rest until the car was in a nice spot closer to the hotel. The food is incredible.

The room is beautiful but the TV set is at one side of the bed, it's kind of uncomfortable to use it unless you rest across the bed. There is a beautiful wood window between the bedroom and the bathroom, is lovely but it has no use (unless you want to see your companion at the bathroom), it will be better if you can simulate the window and move the TV set to that position.

Beautiful building that has inspiration from both colonial Spanish architecture as well as the indigo background of the town. Very comfortable beds and cold AC.

The room didn't block out light completely and was a little far from the city center (10 mon walk) but the views of the lake and the amazing dining area makes it worth it.

Great food, amazing beds, great service, nice quiet location.

The beds are insanely comfortable and the rooms and common areas very clean. The bathrooms have lots of great extras like hair products in the shower. The room was lovely decorated and had water bottles and coffee available as well.

There are no comfortable common areas to hang out in so you are either in your bed or in the restaurant.

The staff is super attentive, respond quickly on whatsapp. The beds are really comfortable and the location is excellent, just a few blocks from the main plaza

I would just say a bit more of a natural Lightning in the room would make it perfect

Awesome spot and perfect service!

The breakfast and the service were excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the room was cozy and clean. The hotel is very nice and its view to the lake is awesome. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The check out is very early in my opinion, 11:00 am. However, the staff allowed me to do my check out at 11:30, so not a problem at the end!

it was a b Beautiful property also with great views definitely worth it breakfast was delicious drinks were on point had nothing to say but great service staff was very accommodating and very respectful and pleasant. I really recommend this place for a peaceful view while eating. rooms were definitely clean beds were very comfortable.
